She's prompt, communicative, and the automated booking reminders are great for keeping me organized. She's always detailed and adds her own special touches to each clean. This is the second five star review that I am leaving for Spot On Cleaners b/c that is how much we love them! I met Carly 4 years ago when we moved to North Royalton and it was love at first clean. She is a bright, passionate and meticulous business owner. The crew at Spot On have literally become family to my family. The kids know that my favorite days of the month are when “The Girls” come. Special shout out to Madelynne who joined in on our cleans a few months back. She is a literal dream. Not only is she an A+ service provider, she is a BLAST to chat with. She’s kind, funny and so easy to vibe with. Please don’t look elsewhere for a cleaning service- Spot On is quite literally SPOT ON ;)

Several of the “little things” got missed this week. “One of the trash cans was not emptied, blankets not folded, living room not organized”. Maybe they were running out of time but no one mentioned this to me before they left.
