They deep clean well and they’re very affordable

The service was great however they did not disclose that they do not accept credit cards which was very disappointing.

I was very pleased with the work that was done at my home. Alex was extremely efficient in the cleaning process. I also had my rugs cleaned and that was another process I was pleased. All were on time and very professional.

I would not consider this a deep clean by any means. I was getting my house cleaned for a showing the following day. Many things were missed including a lot of dusting, the shower wasn't cleaned the tools of mine that were used weren't emptied, the trash was left in a bag on the front porch, my swiffer was switched and the one left was not operational. This was likely an accident and it was remedied by my representative.
The upstairs toilet was clogged but the cleaners claimed it was not them. I addressed the concerns with my representative before writing this post. My representive did attempt to remedy some of the issues, offered to bring the cleaners back to finish which would have been awkward but it was nice that he offered. However with the circumstances I couldn't wait on the job to come back to be finished. I paid over $300 for the service and don't feel it was nearly worth the value. The plumber who came suggested it was likely a wad of papertowels or something it cost me $125 to have the clog removed. As compensation for the list of things that were not done correctly I was compensated with a $10 Starbucks card and a new swiffer. Honestly I was apprehensive to get the house cleaned but thought with the upcoming showing and my busy schedule it would be worth it. Honestly I regret it and wish I would have researched further and not waisted so much money on a sub par job. I always try to remedy things with the business before writing reviews because things happen and honestly I hate writing poor reviews but in the spirit that I may have not put myself in this situation if I would have read a similar review I am hoping to help someone else in the future. I did really appreciate the service the manager tried to provide I just don't feel it was sufficient.

Incredible service, I got the keys to my new house and was greeted with an absolute mess left behind. I called Deep Clean Service Pros and literally 2 hours later that same day Raychelle and another cleaner showed up and diligently cleaned the entire house top to bottom inside out. Fantastic results, the house looks brand new! Highly, highly recommend

We contacted Two Men & a Vac in Lakewood and arranged a deep clean job and are extremely happy with the resultes.

The cleaner (Heidi) did everything we asked for and did a fantastic job--She's terrific at what she does and is a very pleasant person. The whole company is first class and believe me, you get what you pay for. We're going to arrange bi-weekly cleaning because of the great work they do.

Chuck has been cleaning my carpets and windows for over a decade....and I would never use anyone else! He does AMAZING work, is courteous, prompt and has incredible customer service. Truly one of the best kept secrets I've ever come across! You won't be disappointed with his work!

WOW! Were we impressed! Having never used a window cleaning business before, but getting our home ready for sale, we asked around and were referred here. I've already referred them to my next door neighbor and others. What an amazing job! Two fellas spent 5 hours, power washing our home, cleaning our screens and washing our windows inside and out. They've never looked so good!!
