Cleveland Spray Foam. Steve is an experienced professional doing great work. In April, 2026 he insulated my daughter’s Lakewood basement (I was project manager) using closed cell spray foam. Steve made a thorough assessment on his initial visit taking into account the various logistic challenges associated with a 100-year old unfinished basement. On job day he showed up on time, well equipped for the task. He meticulously prepared the site by masking off the perimeter. Then he carefully sprayed a 2 inch layer of foam from the top band joist to the floor, for the entire basement. Upon completion he did a final walk-through inspection and full clean-up. His price was fair and he was very accommodating with scheduling. Along the way he always gave good advice and consideration to our needs and plans for a finished basement recreation room.
I recommend Steve for your insulation project: good value, good results.

I had no idea how much heat we were losing through the attic. The heater no longer runs constantly, and the house feels warmer overall, especially upstairs. These days, winter mornings are considerably cozier. Although it was somewhat expensive up front, the reduced energy costs and fewer chilly drafts made the purchase seem worthwhile.

Excellent workmanship. On time, professional, quality job, fair price. These guys know what you are doing, and the same guy I spoke with is the one who did the work. Much better than a huge company that will overcharge and then send who knows who to do the work.

They made the mold removal process straightforward and professional. Their mold remediation services were well structured, and Clayton ensured the mold removal was finalized before wrapping up with careful mold cleaning. They also handled dryer vent inspection, dryer vent cleaning, and air duct cleaning. I highly recommend this company.
