Jake and Chase are solid plumbers. They were very detail oriented and had excellent customer service. Their communication with the tenant was amazing. Give these guys a bonus because they are making your company look great. Homeowners please request Jake and Chase when you call NE plumbing. I would highly recommend.

arrived right on time to do the big job. They were professional, yet friendly. They're a fantastic team! They are organized. They communicate well and their skills must compliment each other very well. They worked independently, and as a team on several tasks on different floors. They were even tidy!

We were told to expect a full day job. The work was completed by lunch. Everything was done professionally and correctly. Our crumbling pipes were efficiently replaced. Valves replaced. Work done on our bathroom as well.
We spoke with Chris. Bill, the plumber who aren't within a short time after our initial call. Diagnosed the problem. Stopped thee leak. The administrative staff, and Hayden and Dale.
This is a top notch business. A truly professional team. The price was very reasonable.

I love working with this company. I have had many varied services done and almost no issues. The only problem I ever had a fixed immediately with no hassle. Last night our water heater died. I was able to contact them through their 24 hour service and they were here this morning and installation all done before 9:15am. Highly recommended.

Dale, Jerry, and Josh came out to snake a backed up basement drain. They were very courteous and let me know everything they were doing to fix the issue which they resolved very quickly. I really appreciate the fast and friendly service.

NEP&M has been our go-to plumber for a while. They are dependable and the quality of their work is top notch. We recently had a water heater installed and the guys were in and out in maybe an hour. Laid down materials on our floor and cleaned up every speck of packing material, etc., leaving the area spotless. Dale and Jerry were the installers and I would definitely recommend them. Chris has owned this company for a long time and he is a true professional with integrity, and the people that work for him reflect that. I've worked with many electricians, chimney sweeps, carpenters, etc., and have to smh whenever I hire those guys, but NEP&M is the ONLY plumber in my contacts. It's good to know they have my back.

Chris is fantastic! I am having a water quality issue and he came out to assess my water heater and also did a ton of research and had conversations with the municipal water department on my behalf. We haven’t yet found the right path forward but Chris has invested significant time, travel, and effort in troubleshooting what the problem may be. Most contractors would charge a significant amount to even start the process but Chris seems to know how to win repeat customers. Once we have a path forward to fix the issue, I will definitely be using NorthEast to do it and I will be recommending their quality customer service to anyone that needs a plumber!

Josh and Dale came out to my condo to troubleshoot a drain issue in a specific type of building. I had two other people attempt the same and their determination was "I don't know what's wrong". After that, I had called three other companies, and they weren't familiar with or interested in attempting to try to come out and troubleshoot. Josh and Dale were experienced and familiar with the building infrastructure, and restored proper drainage. They were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. They even had shoe covers that they wore! I did not have a huge mess to clean up like I did after the other attempts. Thank you guys!

Chris and his team at Northeast Plumbing & Mechanical were exactly what our kitchen remodel project needed. There were several plumbing conditions that we found following the demolition phase that had us scratching our heads. These complicated matters for our timeline for the cabinets needing to be installed and countertop measurements the following week. NEP&M was able to get us scheduled in short order and Hayden was there the following morning to remedy four different issues. They were on time, courteous and completed everything in a workmanlike manner. We couldn't be more pleased and look forward to having them with us on future projects.

I do not have enough words to express my gratitude to Northeast Plumbing! They’ve saved us twice in a plumbing emergency - once with a hot water tank install and another with underground piping. Without them, we would have been waiting weeks for a large issue to be fixed, but NE Plumbing was quick & efficient!
