I have made multiple attempts to talk to someone about the servicing contracts, every attempt at calling in I get a man who claims that they don't service appliances. Yet he said all of the salesman are out on service calls....

Customers be aware...they offer appliance service but dont bother calling unless you bought the merchandise from them. You're going to get treated very unprofessional.
