They came and did thier job. 10/10 would recommend.

I was getting Wendy’s for lunch with my family. There was a man in a Claypool electric truck screaming and cursing at the poor lady taking orders in the Wendy’s drive thru. Absolutely unprofessional while in a work truck, and honestly if you aren’t in a work truck or clothes it’s still disrespectful. If you’re seeing this, take your business elsewhere. These are the kind of people who scream at teenagers because their coffee isn’t hot enough. Pathetic.

This company has been in business for 70 years and the number 1 reason is they always make things right ! Any situation that comes their way gets dealt with and it is always fair some cases they go above and beyond what is expected of an employer to do for it’s customers and workers-!

Sent my guy to deliver some chains to Balboni. He got mixed up with the super from Claypool. Nice guy. Will send eggrolls as thank you.

As an electrical contractor (union and non-union),I have followed behind claypool on many projects and had to clean up the sub-par work that they did. I would not suggest them for your project.

Just a heads up that you should Invest in Retractables for your Employees. Those safety harnesses with the old Lanyards that extend 15 Feet or more are Outdated and Unsafe. I will feel better for their Safety if you address this Issue immediately. Thank You!!

Claypool Electric is without a doubt the #1 electrical company you should hire to accomplish any project, large or small, commercial or residential! They are 3rd generation family owned and operated non-unionized company, remaining one of the few good businesses that exist in Ohio or the country for that matter. They take care of their employees as if they were part of their family which in turn the employees produce the highest quality work that you can receive especially when compared to companies that are unionized. I literally can't think of a single reason to not hire them for your project and a million reasons to avoid the other companies. Trust me when I say all this as I would put my own reputation on the line for them any day of the week!

Wonderful Experience

I couldn't be happier with Luxe Electrical Services. Had recessed lighting, ceiling fans and new outlets installed. Everything looks and works great. Everything was done right from the beginning. Will definitely use them again.

Jeriah saved my family from a miserable existence. After the plumbers replaced my pressure tank, the breaker to the switch wasn't behaving and we had no water. I called Luxe and they could fit me in at the end of the day! (This is amazing by itself as other places were quoting me dates 2 months out.) On the call, he was direct and clear about the price.

Near the start of the appointment window, Jeriah let me know they would be finishing up their current appointment and be at my house soon.

He listened carefully to the situation and asked some questions before methodically and systemically troubleshooting the problem. At each point, he cleaned up existing wires and worked through each possible point of failure.

As the night wore on, I completely expected him to give up and come out later. Nope, he continued to be patient and thorough.

He finally found the problem by examining the switch itself, without any manual, and deduced it was wired up incorrectly. He fixed this and everything worked perfectly.

After all that time, I expected the total bill to be more than just the service call fee. Again, nope. His original quote covered the work.

Needless to say, I whole-heartedly endorse Luxe to everyone. Thanks again, Jeriah.

Luxe did a fantastic job on installing a new subpanel, ev charger, generator inlet, as well as fixing faulty wiring caused by another company. Their prices are very reasonably and workmanship are extremely good and I'd recommend their services over a larger company any day.
