Pipeworks is a wonderfully professional company that provides excellent service and timely response to all plumbing needs. They have provided quality work multiple times over in various plumbing areas of our home. I know that I can count on them to get the job done efficiently and correctly every time and I am always met with great customer service and friendly professional plumbing technicians who come out to service our home.

After my own mistake and another company showing up that night saying they couldn’t help me. I called Pipeworks ( recommended by multiple people) as soon as they opened the next morning. I explained my situation. They were there and done before 10 am. Can’t say enough good things and fast service. They really saved the day.

Pipeworks has consistently proven reliable for me. They respond fast in emergencies, and their staff is not only friendly but also highly professional.

The office staff was a joy as well. I had new gas lines installed for propane conversion. Should I require any additional services, I would most certainly contact Pipeworks!!!

They were fast and fair with pricing able to work with me on what I needed to have done. An issue arose shortly after with something out of their hands but when I called I was met with a quick response not only on the phone but as well as on in person to make sure that the issue was resolved. I couldn’t be happier with the work and the quality that was put in place.

Eric & Nick @ Pipe Works found our plumbing issue preventing us from getting final inspection. Now we can get our Final Inspection. They did a great job and recommend them to any and all.

Efficiently resolved my self inflicted frozen pipe and valve issues. Answered my questions and provided some solutions to potential plumbing issues not related to the frozen pipe.

It is hard to find someone you can trust. It is my opinion these folks operate as a family style (old school) business and will be my go to for all plumbing needs. Already scheduled for the team to contact me in the spring for a water softer "system" evaluation and update. Eric took it upon himself to schedule it so I didn't have to call in.

Their pricing was very competitive!!

You won't find me making recommendations or post reviews, but like I already said, if you want that old school confidence, then PIPEWORKS should be one of your first phone calls!

Was in desperate need of locating our sceptic system for our 50 year old house. Doug and Eric were efficient in locating the tank in 10 minutes and were so helpful in helping us understand what state our system was in. Showed up at the time promised. Plumbers were courteous and respectful. Work done was completed quickly and within my estimate. I was able to pay through their financing company with ease. Will use them for future projects.

Pipeworks can the same day I called with storm water drain pipes that were backing up.

Pipeworks (Jessica) answered my email during evening hours and Doug & Drew arrived the next day before noon, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a few short hours. Good people & good service. Great service. Left a voice message for a non emergency repair on Sunday afternoon asking for a call on Monday. Promptly received a call Monday morning and service call was initiated and replacement made to kitchen faucet.

We began working with Pipeworks last year for our annual backflow prevention inspections, and they have been absolutely outstanding. They take the initiative to contact us each year to schedule service—without us having to reach out—which is a huge plus.
