Cardinal Landscape, Tree Service & Lawn Care

We have used Cardinal for several years for removing and trimming trees around our house. They always have done an excellent job, been on time, and do great clean up. In addition we have used them for spring clean up including backfill of dirt, edging and new mulch. The teams they send always have done great work. Their prices have been very fair as we have gotten other quotes, but we always seem to go back to Cardinal as we know we can count on them.

I recently called Cardinal Landscaping as Hurricane Helene's leftover winds were knocking down multiple trees in my Mason, Ohio yard. They were at my door by 9am the next morning and had everything cleaned up and gone within an hour. The team was highly efficient and professional - really amazing to watch. They knew their roles in the project and performed like clockwork. We had a question about a dying tree in our backyard and they took the time to discuss options with us. My neighbor saw what was going on and walked over to ask for help with a tree that had been knocked down the previous day - Cardinal was ON IT. This was the second or third time I'd called on Cardinal with landscaping issues and they were my first thought when the storm was rolling through. I can recommend them without reservation.

My experience with Cardinal was great. I have nothing bad to say. Setting up an appointment for a quote was easy and free. Setting up the appointment for the actual work was also easy. I was given a date and the team arrived as promised. The gentlemen that did the work in our yard (Which included removing 3 large maple trees, taking out the stumps, pruning another large tree and wiring 2 more trees on the property) and they were polite, professional and worked efficiently. The work they did was great and I have no complaints and relieved to have the trees gone. When receiving my invoice I spoke to Sue in the office who was very sweet. When I initially tried making my payment over the phone she gave me multiple options to try to save me a few extra bucks since, like many company's, there is a slight up charge for credit card transactions. I ended up just paying with the card anyway but sincerely appreciate the gesture. I would absolutely use Cardinal if I need any yard services in the future again and will recommend them to anyone who is looking to get work done. It was a little expensive but it is clear you are paying for quality, professional work.
