Collins installed my HVAC unit 15 years ago. They have been doing the service twice a year since it was installed. They are professional, always on time and responsive when you need them.
Mike is one of their technicians who I have been dealing with for few yeras and I trust him with every word he says. He does the service for my house and for my two children houses. I recommend Cullins to everyone.

I had a great experience with Cullins One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. They had a technician at my home within 3 hours, and he located and repaired the issue pretty fast. Jake was professional and thoroughly checked out our furnace and heat pump. All done for a very fair price. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

8pm on a Friday isn't an ideal time for the AC to quit, especially when the weather is supposed to be in the high 80s for the following week. With two kids, I needed to have our AC fixed immediately. Cullins was one of the few places to pick up that late on a Friday and shockingly was able to have someone out the next morning. Travis was prompt, insightful, and extremely helpful walking me through his process and how he ultimately came to the conclusion of what caused our problem. Given what other companies had quoted me for "after hours" services, Cullins pricing was very reasonable and I was happy to pay given how efficient Travis was with our service. I would highly recommend Travis and Cullins to anyone needing HVAC repair!
