Technician was vary kind and knowledgeable. Fixed our furnace in a jiffy. No complaints on our end. Would definitely recommend!!

Travis called me 45 minutes ahead of his arrival to let me know when he would be at my house. He arrived when he said he would be there. He was courteous and listened to me as I explained the issue with my HVAC. He got to work on my furnace. Within minutes he found the problem, which turned out to be rather minor, thankfully. He fixed the problem, voila! I had heat!!!

Dane was exceptional and would recommend him to everyone. He was very knowledgeable and was not just rushing through the boiler service. 10/10

Dane was very kind, and extremely efficient. As we head into a 20° day he came out in the evening and fixed the furnace within an hour. Thank you, Dane and Cullins!

Jake was so polite, helpful, friendly, made me comfortable, was on time, thorough (he spent all morning doing much needed maintenance on our two air conditioners and trouble shooting some major issues for us). He went above and beyond to help resolve our issue and prevented a major problem. I’m really happy that I chose this company to come out today and signed up for regular maintenance with them. He explained all the work he did and his recommendations very well. Pricing was very reasonable and the best part was i didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell anything or sell me something I didn’t need, which has been my issue with other companies. Thanks Jake!!

Dane showed up on time in our appointment window. He was very polite and took the time to explain how our new Ecobee thermostat works and showed me some features I didn’t know existed. We did not have heat because when it was installed there was a wire that was not connected. Dane found it right away and hooked it up and now we have heat just in time for the temperature to dip below freezing tonight! We always have great fast & friendly service with Cullin. I highly recommend giving them a call for any and all your HVAC issues. Thanks Dane.

First time client. Had AC emergency on a Saturday with outdoor temps in mid 80’s and multiple older pets. Intake call was simple and brief. They arrived in under 2 hrs later. Inspection and service was completed in prob 15-20 mins. Technician was friendly, informative, fast, and efficient. Our AC was back to working immediately upon repair.

Final costs were reasonable and fair, especially considering we’re new customers and I called randomly in middle of weekend during one of their busiest seasons. Very pleased with the quality of customer service and highly recommend this company! Had such good experience that we opted into their membership program for future repairs!

Marquis was wonderful. He not only fixed our furnace problem, he took us through our whole system and explained how everything worked together, how we could improve the dryness in our home with a humidification system, and how to do the monthly homeowner maintenance. We really appreciated all of his input.

I had a new furnace and AC installed. JP, Dylan and Corey were all very knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job!

Corey was professional, efficient, and kind. He completed maintenance on my HVAC, offered valuable, easy advice, and was fast too. I have the yearly maintenance service through Cullins, so it didn't cost me a penny! He didn't try to oversell me anything, and I super appreciate his hard work. Give this man a gold star and a raise!

Travis had to drive over an hour on Saturday afternoon (4:30pm) to come to our house for n Powell, OH. He arrived early than expected and in a positive attitude. He was very professional and willing to walk through the problem. He wasn’t a “sales guy” and didn’t try to sell more than we needed. This was the first time using this company but would absolutely use them again (which we plan on doing here shortly).

Corey was very respectful and knowledgeable. The company came to our rescue when my heat stopped working. Thank you so much and we are now been members and would like for Cory to come out next time as well

Called a few months ago and they sent a guy named travis.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Travis.. all he will do is Bang and hit your furnace then proceed to tell you oh well you're going to need a whole new furnace. While he's being rude as can be for no reason. Will compare his living to your living.. but he put a part on it made it work for the time being didn't put none of the panels back on or anything.. few months go by and the furnace is now blowing cold air. So we gave them another chance. They just sent a guy named Cory over and it took him 5 minutes to figure out was wrong . Ordered the part the next day and a guy named marquis came and put it on cleaned up everything . I just wanted to thank them for helping me out when Travis tried to make a dollar out of me. If they try to send you a guy named Travis just send him back where he came from.. I recommend Cory . Thank you sir
