I bought a brand new home from M/I and I noticed recently that my baby tree is dead. Emailed M/I about warranty and they said Blendon Gardens said the warranty is expired because the tree was planted in sept 2024. I didn’t buy the home till mid 2025. Sounds like these people don’t sell healthy trees and they have a little scam going with M\I so they don’t have to back their product. “Let’s plant a tree for M/I a year before a home is ready to sell and then screw the customer on the warranty because by the time they figure out the tree is dead the warranty is up”.
I wouldn’t recommend sounds like these people don’t stand by their product.
