called them, scheduled appt for service call...made appt- called me and said we can get there a day earlier....arrived on time- answered my questions found issue- fixed it in two hours- very professional and courteous - very reasonable charge- local owned and operated- highly recommend! 5 star all the way...

Technician was condescending to the owner within 20 seconds of arriving at property. He was there to inspect unsafe wiring in an older portion of house. The only tool he used the entire inspection was a cell phone. Though he had an entire tool belt attached with lots of electrical tools, electrical meters and miscellaneous aides nothing was touched or used.

Dustin is amazing and so good at what he does! He’s very personable! I will call BP every time no doubt! He’s a great electrician!!

If I could give zero stars I would. They were supposed to replace my breaker & bring everything up to code right before we bought our house. We trusted that they did that then had them back out here a year later just for one of their employees to tell us that it wasnt even up to code when we bought it yet they just fixed it.. love taking your money but dont want to do the right work..

My entire relationship with BP beginning with conversation with the lady responding to my request for service, to Ben the serviceman that was sent out. Ben was all you would desire in a repairmen .
