My furnace stopped working completely and after shopping around I chose Aire Tech Solutions for the job. They promptly came to check out the furnace and by noon that same day Dennis was at the house replacing it with a high efficiency Trane. They were quick, courteous and I have heat! I cannot believe how happy we are with this small company! We had 3 popular hvac companies come out and check out our electric heat pump. We have been running on emergency heat since the fall because something was wrong and it would not heat on the regular heat setting. We have an all electric house!!!!! Every single one of these companies could not figure out the problem and wanted us to buy a new system. (Trane) Aire Tech (Dennis) came out once to check out the situation and the weather was horrible! He said he thought he knew what the problem was but needed to come back when the weather was a little bit better so he could assess the situation more carefully to make sure that was the problem instead of buying a whole new system. He fixed it!!!!!! It was a wire that was rubbed so the wires were exposed and touching metal on the outside unit. We are so Thankful that he took the time to figure out the problem instead of putting his hands up and taking the easy way out insisting we needed a whole new system! We are definitely staying with them and going to let our friends and neighbors know of the top notch service we had with this small company!!!!!! Thank you Aire Tech Solutions!
