Since my grandmother, Barbara Wyckoff, doesnt use the internet, I am writing this review for her. When our A/C kept tripping the breaker, we called another contractor and they told us that the whole system needed to be replaced, at a cost of between $3000 to $5000. Imagine my Granny's dismay when Edward's said it was a simple wire that needed to be soldered back together! They are as honorable and honest as they come. Do not call anyone else for your heating and cooling needs!

Wow! Quick service and knowledgeable technician (Zack). I called them at 9:30am, they were at my house at 10:30am and repaired my furnace by 11:15am. Turned out to be a faulty pressure switch. I will never call another HVAC contractor again!

Bought a system a couple years ago and having issues with it that are due to the install. Another company wants $2000 to repair AND that's with warranty!!! Tried to contact Edwards, but no one will return my calls. DON'T USE!

We needed A/C added to our furnace. I called twice, left message each time with an employee, filled out message on web site, even stopped in at office, talked to gentlemen at desk, he said he would pass the message on. As of today Apr 20 2021 , still haven't heard back. A return call would have been appreciated. I don't appreciate being ignored. If you are busy and can't come out at least acknowledge my attempts to get service and let me know. As a matter of fact, we called another company and they came down immediately, did the job. Edward's must not have wanted my business.

I always use Edwards Heating and Cooling for HVAC needs. They are honest, above everything else. They only do the work that needs done. They are affordable and thoughtful. They are quick when you call to schedule. I recommend them highly. I would give them more stars, if the stars were available.

I called them this morning and they were out at my house within 2 hours. It only took them 15 mins total to figure out and repair my AC. They had everything on truck ready to go. They also had a filter that fit my furnace and changed that for me as well. These men were very professional and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company!

Heat pump went out they were here the next day and had it fixed in no time. The technician was respectful and very knowledgeable. I couldn't be more happy with the price and service I received and I'll definitely call Edward's Heating&cooling in the future for any my climate needs.
