Tree reviews in London, Ohio

Showed up on time, took my big sycamore tree down quickly and safely, didn't leave a mess behind, and were curtious and professional. However, they offered to do landscaping for me and that was an utter disaster in every possible respect, from awful customer service to terrible work. And when I complained, the owner got really passive-aggressive with me, lied to me about the type of tree he planted, and planted 3 or 4 times the number of flowers I wanted planted. He also put sharp jagged driveway gravel in my backyard instead of landscaping limestone. He then admitted that he forgot that landscaping gravel even existed. Use this company for taking down trees, but they are NOT a landscaping company.

I had 4 trees removed from my property and the stumps grinded and this company did an amazing job. Very professional and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend.

Johnathon the company owner was very professional he came to our appointment on time, was well informed , honest and his follow up was timely. Prarie Creek Tree Service was/is my tree contracor of choice. Difficult job, Johnathon and his team were hard workers. I'll gladly recommend Prarie Creek Tree Service. ELLEN D.

Jonathon was great to work with. His crew showed up as scheduled, completed the work and cleaned up afterwards. Very reasonable pricing too. We highly recommend Prairie Creek Tree and Landscape.

What a fantastic experience we had with Prairie creek Tree and Landscape!!
We just moved to town and needed 5 dead trees cut down and removed as well as a lot of bushes along our driveway that were overgrown. His crew came in and worked like a well run team to get the job done. It was obvious that they were very experienced at what they do. The cleanup was equally impressive! All the trees and bushes were carted off and I was left with a nice neat driveway. It is quite a coup to have found a company like that to turn to for help with landscaping needs.

My wife and I were very happy with the service. Jonathan was very transparent during the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain to us in ways we were able to understand what was needing done. It was such a joy to watch him and friendly staff do exactly what they said was going to be done.

contacted Prairie Creek Tree & Landscape on an emergency basis. Jonathan came out the same day to give us an estimate and had his crew (lead by Nate) out the next morning. We watched them take down my 30+ foot tall tree using ropes and chain saws. They were efficient, courteous and cleaned up the site when they were done. They had a bit of an audience (some of our neighbors were out watching) and they answered all of our questions. We will use this company for all of our future tree and landscape needs. Thank you Jonathan and Nate!

My experience with Prairie Creek Tree & Landscape was very professional. They got everything done in a day, very quickly! I had two maples in my back yard. One of the maples was about 60 foot high and the other maple was about 70 foot high. They took them out with ropes, with the branches that were over the house. They was very professional and handled everything with care. I highly recommend them now doing anything such as landscaping to big trees.

Wow! Jonathon and his team were amazing! Two giant trees out in a matter of hours. Left the yard nicer than when they got here too! Prompt and friendly service... highly recommend!

My experience with PCT&L was great, the estimate was no BS and quick. Jonathan explained multiple scenarios and the pricing associated with each (and even why one option costs more, etc.). David and Jose were great and very professional. They were on time, cared about making sure that the job was done completely, and the details. I will be hiring these guys again for my next project when the time comes.

Extremely happy with the job done. Got an estimate one day and my tree was trimmed the next. Jonathan is a great guy, very friendly. And the price was right. I'll recommend him to friends

Jonathan and his team were fantastic. Assessed our needs, offered solutions, and then executed quickly and with high quality. If you need landscaping or hardscaping, don’t hesitate to engage Prairie Creek. Have already recommended them to my boss and anyone else who needs landscaping. Turned 1/3 of our yard from unusable to the best part of our property.
Responsive, quality work. Couldn’t be happier and will use for future projects.

Prairie Creek Tree and Landscape did a fabulous job on our trees!!! This was a big job. They were professional and timely. Our trees look wonderful. Jonathan Scott and his crew are wonderful to work with. My husband and I recommend them to our family, friends and neighbors. Thank you so much! We really appreciate your professionalism and hard work. Jack and Sheila Crotsley.

Jonathan from Prarie Creek Tree and Landscape was very helpful and professional. He came out immediately to remove a dead tree that had fell in a storm. The job was well done and all the debris was cleaned up and removed. Jonathan also was able to provide the best price compared to other competitors. I would highly recommend Jonathan and this company for your tree and landscaping needs.

The price was fair. Jonathan Scott, the owner is respectful and polite. Jonathan not only quoted the price but pointed out problems with other trees and explained how the solve the problems to save the trees. In doing so, I am seriously considering Prairie Creek for landscaping work I need done. He and his crew showed up and finished the work as he predicted.

I used Prairie Creek on June 7, 2016 to remove a very large tree branch that fell on my house. They came out gave me an estimate and removed the tree from my house the same day. They were very professional, friendly, skilled at tree trimming. I would recommend their services and would not hesitate to have them back for additional work in the future.

I just used Prairie Creek. Jonathon and his crew did a wonderful job! Jonathon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had storm damage and he helped insure that my insurance pay a fair price. He showed up when he said he would and did amazing work! I would definitely use Prairie Creek again and highly recommend them!

From the free estimate to the completion of tree removal, tree trimming, and clean up I have to give this company a Superior rating. They are polite, all workers friendly, hard working, knowledgeable, and efficient.
They arrived on time and did a full days work. They had very good equipment and used it very well.

I highly recommend Prarie Creek Tree and Landscape.

I'm from out of town and wanted to purchase a cord of seasoned hardwood for family in Grove City. I submitted a request for information through Jonathan's website and he called me back first thing the next morning. He took the time to help me understand the types of firewood available and to make sure I wasn't purchasing too much for my family's needs, which I really appreciated. Jonathan was available to deliver the wood the same day (!). On delivery, my family commented on how well-split the firewood was and what "nice guys" Jonathan and his crew were. I will definitely do business with Prairie Creek Tree and Landscape in the future. Great customer experience!

Jonathan and his crew did an outstanding job removing three large trees, one of which was leaning precariously over my garage. With their specialized equipment and expertise the trees were safely cut down, wood suitable for firewood neatly stacked for drying and all remaining brush removed. I could not have been more pleased with the entire experience.

5 star tree removal service is what you get when you hire Johnathan and the Prairie Creek team . They have very competitive rates as well as outstanding customer service. I initially hired Prairie Creek to remove one small tree from my property that was growing very close to power lines. Even though it was to be a small job Johnathan treated me with the respect of a more substantial client.
when they arrived they quickly removed the tree, I asked Johnathan if he could remove a larger tree that was decaying in my front yard. He gave me a quote and the tree was down in and hour. Things were going so well I asked him to remove a line of trees for my neighbor. He gave me a quote and the trees were down in minutes. At this point my entire front yard was covered in the remains of almost a half dozen trees. 30 minutes later a large truck with a boom arrived and scooped up half of my yard in minutes. The truck was full and it was late afternoon on a Friday. The crew could have called it quits for the weekend . But instead they found a nearby place to offload there truck and returned to finish the job. Absolutely outstanding!! My personal thanks to Johnathan and the Prairie Creek team. Your the best!!
