Landscaping reviews in Lorain, Ohio

After contacting my prior landscaper that i’ve had for years and him forgetting to get back to me it was time to look for someone new. It was 2 years in a row that i had to call and call again so when I saw Tropical landscape in my neighborhood I reached out. They were very responsive and were quick to give me a written quote that was very reasonable. They even did more than expected including mulching my tree in the front yard which was never discussed. Very happy to have found them!

Very impressed with Tropical Landscaping. They paid attention to every little detail and made sure the garden looked perfect before leaving. Great communication, fair pricing, and excellent customer service.

I recently hired Tropical Landscaping for a full yard cleanup and landscaping project, and the results were amazing. The team was professional, arrived on time, and completely transformed my outdoor space. Everything looks fresh, clean, and beautifully organized now!

What really stood out was how professional and friendly everyone was throughout the process. They listened to our ideas, stayed within budget, and even gave us maintenance tips to keep everything looking great. Now our backyard feels like a little tropical getaway, and we’ve already had neighbors asking who did the work. Highly recommend Tropical Landscaping to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality landscaping service!

Awesome work very professional and polite. Got the job done as promised and some! Would highly recommend. A++++

They do a great job every week on our yard. Reliable and consistent!

Would highly recommend! They recently performed lawn and flower bed installation at our new home. Very professional, reasonably priced and they shocked us by completing in one day! We have the best looking lawn in the neighborhood!

We were looking for a unique look for bed retaining walls in the front of our house...Rene and his staff did an amazing job! It was beyond our expectations!

My family has worked with Renee and Tropical Landscaping several times. He has helped us with initial lawn installation, mowing, leaf clearing, install and design of landscaping for our new contraction home, etc. We have been so pleased we've had them back for multiple additional projects including a paver patio and firepit, as well as additional landscaping beds. They are always responsive, on time and professional. We have recommended them to many neighbors and family members, all with great experiences themselves. A great local company to work with.... look no further!

Had Tropical do our full lawn installation, along with mulch beds and plants. They knocked it out in 2 days and were very professional and easy to work with. High quality work and strongly recommend.

Great people to go business with !

Great service! Always prompt and communication is top notch! I would highly recommend!

They were excellent to work with! Great communication and a job well done!

they did a great job on my landscaping,
they are hard working & professionals

We have used them for over a year on multiple properties. Dependable and do just as they say, when they say they will do it. Very refreshing after going through many undependable companies prior to finding them. Couldn't be happier with their services!

I was very happy with the landscaping renovations that Great Lakes did for me. They kept an open line of communication and were open to any questions or suggestions that we had.

Had to make them re-top my trees. Didn’t think Greg was really interested in talking with me the second time he came to my house.

Truly professional service all around for spring fall cleaning as well as grass cutting and snow removal. In the eighth year of service.

Greg and his team at Great Lakes Ground Management have done a great job on our landscape. They are dependable and keep things neat and attractive. If you have special requests - it’s no problem - they are up to the task! Highly recommend.

I hired GLGM to do some basic cleanup of my landscape. They did such a awesome job I decided to hire them to cut my grass weekly. I then again was so Impressed with their prompt service and attention to detail that I decided to hire them for snow removal. I did not have to call them once all winter to do my drive!!! It was great waking up to a already plowed driveway and shoveled sidewalk! These guys do no disappoint!!!

Great Lakes has been handling our landscaping and snow removal for about 8 months now. They are dependable in terms of getting the work done on time and when they are supposed to and have been easy to partner with. They are flexible to suit our business needs as well.
