Very poor service. Had a simple task of replacing a garbage disposal thru warranty service. It took them several weeks to inspect the problem. After it was decided a replacement was needed. It took over 4 months to do that. Numerous appointments were set up with Jaye never show or call. When he finally installed the "new" device it lasted less than 1.5 months (in warranty period). that was last year 2020. to this date he still has not shown up to inspect/repair the garbage disposal. The acronyms of the company is ASAP, as soon as possible. I dare not say. I may have to take legal action on this small (to the company) but large to me. I am disabled and need the garbage disposal functioning.

We just had Reliable Basement and Drain out to dig around a portion of our foundation, reseal walls and fill in cracks. They did an amazing job. The guys that came out were not only professional but were all very kind.
They did everything they said they would in the estimate and even fixed portion of our fence that had to be removed (we really needed to replace it because it was in bad condition before project started). I had a coupon that I forgot to mention at time quote was given and they still accepted it.
I will definitely be recommending them to anyone that needs some basement/foundation work done!

David and Anthony were great, combining old school experience with new talent. They fixed the problems I had and advised on other issues I asked about. We had a great experience with David from Reliable Basement and Drain! He showed up right on time, was incredibly knowledgeable, and had a friendly, professional attitude throughout the entire visit. He did an amazing job snaking the bathtub drain in one of our bathrooms and replaced the shower drain in another—quickly and efficiently. Everything is working perfectly now. Highly recommend David and this company for any plumbing or drain issues!

Had an emergency with a main sewer line in the home backing up. Reliable was very friendly when I called, made a huge effort to get a serviceman here ASAP. Thankfully, they arrived in about four hours. He was very professional, showed me the camera video of drain being now clear to our street. He was courteous and friendly. Very reasonable cost to resolve our issue. I highly recommend Reliable!! They are!!

My experience with Reliable and the team of professionals they sent to our house to replace our water heater has been wonderful. When our water heater broke, we called Reliable because of the great experience my mother had them them.

I left work early so they could come at 4pm. They never showed and didn’t call. I got in touch with someone and he wanted to charge $650 for a service when no one had even come out to look at the problem. They also told me they wouldn’t be out until 8pm after I already rearranged my day to leave work early. Don’t go here

I was in need of two things, my basement floor drain to be snaked and a second opinion on the main drain, as I was told by another plumbing company that I needed to replace the drain pipe because it was collapsed, with PVC. However, the other option they gave me was to have them come out and snake it once a year. Well, that didn't sit well with me because if the pipe collapsed, snaking it didn't make any sense to me. So, I called Reliable Basement and Drain, who were recommended by the construction company that repaired my basement wall 2 weeks ago, because I wanted a second opinion before having someone jackhammer up my concrete floors and make a huge mess in my basement, and I'm so glad I did. Thomas and James came out a few days after I called and spoke to their very lovely receptionist, Julie, for an appointment and was able to confirm via camera, that there was no collapse, pipes were fine, and the water was flowing with no issues. What they also took care of for me was the floor drain. They snaked it because every time I wash clothes, water would come up from the floor. That was taken care of quickly. I am a very happy and satisfied customer. I very much appreciated their honest opinion about the work that needed to be done. I would fully recommend them for any needs that you have in your basement.

Our team was amazing!! José, James, and Thomas went above and beyond to get the job done right for us! We would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work done! We had all of our basement exterior excavated, waterproofed, new drain tile laid, new downspouts installed, a dry well dug, and more! Had a great technician named John come and install our water heater. Really friendly and professional. Had the heater installed quickly and kept the price at his original quote. Absolutely recommend!

Reliable is the best. We were dealing with a water leak in our basement, and could not get the city to shut it off for over a day and a half. These folks helped us by also calling the city for us. The next day it was finally off, and Reliable was right on their heels to make the repairs. In the end, everything is back together and the price was extremely reasonable. I have no reason to call another plumber in the future after this great experience.

I had Cameron come and work on a kitchen clog issue. He was very polite and extremely informative about the issues going on and the work that still needs to be done since its a bigger issue, but he was able to get our sink draining again! He made sure to be clear and concise about our options for fixing the bigger problem and financial options to set us up with an estimator. I'd been referenced by a family member to this company and am extremely grateful we have used them and am excited to have more service provided! Their office is extremely helpful with processing payments and informing me about coupons for services!
