Really nice people, but they cancelled our first cleaning “due to unforeseen circumstances” and rescheduled the following week. Then rescheduled again to the next day after not showing up. They offered to do our first cleaning for free which was super nice and they did a fantastic job. Then they texted me later on and said they wouldn’t be able to clean my house going forward due to a “scheduling conflict.” It’s a shame because they were really thorough but obviously unreliable.

I was hesitant to try another cleaning company because I had liked my previous cleaners so much, but Honestly Maid definitely exceeded my expectations. Getting a quote was fast, easy, and very reasonable. My first clean was great!! The staff showed up when they said they would, brought all their own cleaning materials, and just really did an excellent job!!! Highly recommend!

Honestly Maid has provided excellent service at my home. Every time they provide a reminder the day before my scheduled visit and within an hour of arrival. The team shows up on time and begins right away. My home smells fresh and looks outstanding when I get home. It is my favorite day of the week!

Honestly Maid Cleaning - I intentionally hired them to do a more detailed cleaning once a month. Blinds, vents, baseboards, detailed dusting, etc on top of the traditional cleaning. It has been working well. If their team is running late, they text which is very helpful. They are kind and personable. They respond quickly to any questions I have via email.

My husband and I have hired a few different house cleaning services in the Cincinnati area over the past several years and Honestly Maid Cleaning Co is by far the BEST. We could not be more happy. The team works hard to do a thorough job, and their attention to detail is incredible. Of course, they do an outstanding job in everything in their scope of services but we’ve noticed that they go the extra mile and do many little things that are above and beyond expectations.

Also, I appreciate their communication - the reminder texts and heads up messages when they are on their way are helpful.

Our initial “deep cleaning” was not as thorough as we believe it should have been, and I ended up going back over several things (which of course defeats the whole purpose). On the plus side, the ladies were cordial, and what they did clean was cleaned well - just too many things they didn’t touch.

Extremely Disappointed with Honestly Maid Cleaning Crew

I regret to say that my experience with Honestly Maid Cleaning Crew has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the outset, they demonstrated a blatant disregard for the scheduled times, repeatedly asking to come hours ahead of the agreed appointment with only a five-minute notice. This lack of respect for my schedule was extremely inconvenient.

Moreover, their cleaning services were severely lacking in quality and thoroughness. Several large rooms in my house were completely ignored during their visits. Basic tasks, such as dusting desks, cleaning windows, and wiping down door knobs, were consistently neglected. It was clear that they did not pay attention to detail.

To make matters worse, after the initial thorough cleaning, they began to rush through their work, completing the cleaning of my large house in a mere 15-20 minutes. The poor results were evident, with many areas left untouched and surfaces still dirty.

When concerns were raised to the owner directly we were met with nothing but deflection and excuses that never amounted to anything leaving us even more dissatisfied.

Honestly Maid Cleaning Crew’s unprofessionalism and lack of commitment to providing a thorough service have left me extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking a reliable and meticulous cleaning crew.

Walked in our home and it instantly smelled fresh and clean! Noticed the shiny appliances and counter tops right away. Every detail was taken care of down to the folded toilet paper! Would absolutely recommend!
