We've utilized JR Thomas 3 or 4 times now since moving into our home a few years ago. We've used them for a variety of tasks from updating our tired landscaping around the property, regular Spring/Fall cleanup, and this past week had them installed landscape lighting around the entire property. In every instance, the staff at JR Thomas have been professional, courteous, and genuinely committed to ensuring a first-rate customer experience. We've seen this level of service from every person we've interacted with from the designers, workers, and administrative staff. The level of detail and care they take when performing their work is exceptional. Everything we have asked them to do has exceeded our expectations...in short, they have always over delivered on every project they have done for us.
