Came the time they said, fixed all air leaks plus replaced duct work with insulated duct work very neat and nice looking cleaned up and took all they took out. Will definitely will use Anderson's again and ONLY Anderson's.

I work for a large rental community with 650 units. We have contracted our HVAC installations & repairs to many different contractors & have not been happy/satisfied with the quality of the work, which is very frustrating. We have had to call them back for almost every installation because the systems were not working right and/or complete. I contacted Anderson Heat & Cool to give me a quote on installing the A/C's in 12 units. They responded immediately & came to inspect the units for a scope of work & sent me a quote within 2 days. Once the quote was approved, they ordered the material & arrived within the next week to start the installations. They looked professional & I had no worries regarding letting them work on the property. In the past, we have had some questionable characters show up.

They went above & beyond on the project. Everything was installed professionally, clean & the quality of their work was far superior to any other contracted installation that I have had in the last 7 years that I have been here. They even fixed multiple issues that were not in their scope & things that other contractors were supposed to have done but didn't...without question or issue. They definitely minimized some of the stress that I had from my renovation project & gave me the confidence that we were going to meet our deadline. They completed the 12 units in a timely manner & everything worked great when they left!

Since the first project, they have completed many other projects for us & are currently installing the whole HVAC systems (furnaces, coils, linesets & A/C’s) in another 12 units.

Due to how happy we are with Anderson Heat & Cool, I will not call any other HVAC contractor going forward. If you need repairs or installations, you have to give them a call!

I called and got SAME DAY SERVICE. They accommodated my work schedule, fixed the problem without having to order a part. Walked me thru everything he was doing. A great company! They were prompt and professional, installed a new furnace/air conditioner unit in an old house, repaired and replaced duct work that was in bad shape. They will be my HVAC go to from now on. I am very happy with the quality of their work and the service I received.

Couldn’t recommend Anderson Heat & Cool enough, they provide quick, great service! I called late on a Sunday and they were at my house at 8 am on a Monday morning, had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 15-20 minutes. Great service and reasonable prices! Friendly staff as well.
