Avonte was punctual and had all the tools he needed to install my new front entry door. He sub contracts for Lyndhurst Lumber and Jim Mormino. This guy is a class act. His confidence and craftsmanship is great to see. He genuinely enjoys doing a good job. He kept me up to date as he went along and really is very personable. I would recommend him for any general contracting work based on this job and the results of his hard work.

AV General Contracting did an amazing job transforming my mom's bathroom. Her bathroom was still stuck in early 90's decor (wallpaper and wooden trim), but after Avonte worked his magic, the bathroom looks magnificent! The transformation has been amazing and the pictures don't do it justice.

I had the pleasure of having my kichen flooring updated by AV. I raised 2 boys and have had a variety of family snd friends in my home for different gatherings. It has been almost 25years since my kichen flooring had been renovated. The kichen is the heart of the home. I started not having people over. I watched AV with his dedication and passion transform my kichen floor, my half bath and the hallway at the back entrance into a masterpiece. The flooring looks magnificent. I love it. Everyone that has seen it loves it. He has inspired me to get back to living again. Time to decorate. Thank you AV. You did a wonderful job.

I cannot tell you how impressed we were with AV. We had a challenging job of finishing our basement after it was waterproofed and AV did absolutely incredible work. His work ethic and attention to detail was unparalleled and he was a pleasure to work with. Even the subcontractors he brought in for electrical and carpeting were good people who did quality work. AV General Contracting did an amazing job with our home renovation. My husband and I bought our first home and Avonte was able to create our vision! He updated our upstairs bath(tile, vanity/toilet/mirror installation, lighting), added a half bath into our existing bonus room(walls, tile, paint, trim, installation of door and fixtures), updated our kitchen (tile, backsplash), and installed a new closet. He worked incredibly hard to get it all done within our timeframe. He also was able to bring in electricians, plumbers, and painters that were all very reputable and did great work. He coordinated everything with them to ensure we could keep the projects going amongst them being in high demand. Avonte was very responsive which made working with him easy. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final product and continues to check in. Everything looks amazing and we are so appreciative of all the time and energy Avonte put into our home. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to hire a general contractor!

I waited 27 years to have the bathroom in my basement remodeled, and my husband and I were blessed that Avonte took up the challenge. It was in terrible shape...a literal hole in the wall. It was never used mostly because I didn't want anyone to see it. We spend every holiday in the family room, and now when entertaining, my company doesn't have to trek upstairs to use the main bathroom. He completed the project within our budget and gave us cost-cutting options along the way. AV is amazing. I can’t say enough nice things about him as a person and the quality of the work completed. I had an attic room refinished and the room is beautiful. AV really cares about the details and doesn’t take short cuts in order to get the job done. Everything was completed with the highest quality. I was even able to leave many decisions up to him, like flooring and wall color, and I completely trusted him to make the room look good. He is also the nicest guy and helped me out with so many things while he was doing work on my house, including helping me find someone to fix my furnace and fixing my front door. I highly recommend him for your next project.
