Dave has completed multiple repair projects at my home in the past 10 years. All projects were completed with the highest level of completeness, professionalism, skill. The projects included plumbing (installing new sink & faucet, new toilet & new hot water heater), installing new light fixtures, and installing a new "man" door in garage. Dave is a perfectionist and always cleans the area when the job is completed.

3/2026 -- installed new kitchen & shut-off valves, no leaks. Very skillful of the installation process.
He is a perfectionist in work & clean up of area when job complete. He also replaced broken handle on kitchen slider.

Pricing reasonable. I would highly recommend Dave.

I have used David Brown as a handyman for about 15 years. He has done work as small as plumbing repairs to as large as a complete kitchen remodeling. Despite the nature of the job, he is always upfront on what is required. Very transparent and never tries to oversell. I would defy anyone in the trades to beat his prices. A great guy to work with.
