Reviews of local pros in Macedonia, Ohio

They’re honest, up front and have a very old school work ethic with the intelligence of modern tool technology. They adapt to any situation that arises and meet all their deadlines. 5 stars.

This veteran-owned plumbing contractor is detail-oriented, professional, on time, and reasonably priced. Once I learned that my home was built without a pressure regulator valve, Jason and his team installed a Zurn-branded valve. I checked the water pressure provided by Cleveland Water and discovered, by using a test gauge, that 90 PSI was the reading, but it should be no higher than 60-65 PSI.
Excessive and continued high readings could damage solenoids in washing machines and dishwashers. Jason and his team also replaced the thermal expansion tank, since it was undersized from the time our new hot water tank was installed in Oct., 2020.
Great company and very meticulous.

Professional, Honest, and Top-Notch Workmanship!
Copper Edge Plumbing exceeded all expectations! From the moment they arrived, it was clear I was dealing with true professionals. They were on time, respectful of my home, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The quality of the plumbing job was excellent — no shortcuts, no surprises, just honest, reliable service. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, integrity, and customer care at this level. I wouldn’t call anyone else for plumbing. Highly recommended!

Jason and his team are great! Very professional, neat and clean. They even have options for drywall finishing for a complete job.

Jason, Jeff, and his team over at Copper Edge helped me out tremendously. I had a drain issue that needed to be resolved quickly. They pulled the proper permits and finished the job faster and better than I had anticipated. These guys love what they do and are very down-to-earth reasonable people that are not out to make a quick buck. There are few left that are trustworthy and dependable such as them. I will be a returning customer for anything plumbing related, A+!

We are longtime customers of Macedonia Home Depot and we have noticed that they are less and less helpful and more and more rude and suspicious of everyone. Always feel like we are being accused of things at the checkout. Don't care for it! Much better behavior at Lowes I have noticed. Must be due to poor management.I thought that this review was for the store in general, not for Home Service. We have not used that feature so can't rate it.

Very professional and does great work I would strongly recommend his services

We have used this company for years Responsive, provides excellent service, reasonable pricing
