The receptionist was very rude and hung up on me. She was angry because I called to try to schedule something at 3:49pm when they close at 4pm. Not sure what I was supposed to do -- came home to sewage in the basement, so of course I'm going to make some phone calls.

Completed my job half way in first call. I ordered part from Amazon, since the specific part wasn't readily available with them at the time of first call. Now are charging me again as a separate service call to put the new part (this should be included in original service call). Not a good Service at all.

I've had these guys work on my house on a few different occasions, and they've always done great work at a lower price than I expected. They're the only plumbers in the area that I actively recommend.

Duke energy shut off our gas because we had a gas leak. We called Russell and they said they could be out to check the gas line the next morning. When we called back the next morning, they said, "oops!" whoever you spoke with didn't know the schedule. Maybe we can get there tomorrow?" Completely unprofessional.

Met Mat before I purchased my house. He was on time, professional, and very easy to talk to. When I scheduled him for the work, he showed up on time and completed the work as agreed and to my satisfaction.

I would recommend steering clear of this company! I made an appt the day before and called at 8:00 to confirm. Later, after waiting through my whole time window, I received a voicemail that they were unable to come. When I called the company back to find out what the problem was, the woman who answers the phone was rude, unhelpful, and had no idea I had even made an appt... I asked about the voicemail I received and she said, “I don’t know- do I sound like the person who left the voicemail?” AND THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME!

Excellent customer service with immediate follow up, and competitive pricing for the job I requested. No runs, drips, or errors. Two enthusiastic thumbs up! I have called them in the past and will continue to do so. Thanks for the great service!

Literally from start to finish the most unprofessional contractor we’ve ever experienced, and we come from three generations of contractors so we’ve seen enough to know. (They were a sub, so be sure to have listed in your contract the names of every company doing any work and vet them). This was a remodel, so all we can do is hope that their smarmy awful attitudes and lazy, sloppy finish work isn’t a reflection of what’s behind the walls and under the floors. In a nutshell, we wouldn’t even have them back for warranty repairs. We’ll just hire professionals and send them the bill. Run from these people as fast as you can.

Called to re-seat a wobbly toilet and was given an appointment the next day. The actual problem was much bigger -- a broken pipe ring. Did what he could with the tools he had, and it was actually a great fix. Also replaced a sink drain that I hadn't mentioned when scheduling, but I asked him to look at when he arrived. Finished it all in 3 hours and at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend
