We have used Ryan and Heating and Cooling for the past 2 years to do a tuneup of our propane furnace and it has always been a pleasant and easy experience. Last year we discovered our furnace was half the size it should be due to the previous owners building a second story addition and not increasing the size of the furnace. Tyler came out and performed the estimate and was extremely helpful through the entire process including financing options. Louis and Keston did the removal and install and everything went great! They did a great job and finished the whole thing in 6 hours. We couldn't be happier with our new Bryant furnace and can't recommend Ryan Heating and Cooling enough!

Hired to diagnose my system, but the technician failed to diagnose anything. I’m sure they do good work installing equipment, but they have no appetite for troubleshooting equipment they did not install. $120 fee and the technician knows less then I do about what’s wrong.

They have young guys that are hungry to learn and a great leadership team within their company to do great work. Brandi and Matt in the office/field can solve any issue you can come up with. Ryan Heating and Cooling is a lifesaver! They have been keeping my boiler furnace up and running for years. Even when she quit on the day after Christmas. Their technicians are highly skilled, respectful, cordial, GOOD PEOPLE who put the customer's safety, health and comfort in top priorities!! 5-star service FOR SURE!!! Also, my technician, Ethan, showed up on time, did a super job and informed me of what he was doing. It's great that the company sends a text with your technician's picture so you know you are working with the right person. Great security feature.

Brandon and Ben replaced a water tank. They were both very polite and pleasant. They were very organized, worked quickly and were done in about 90 minutes. Customer service reps Danielle and Brandi were also great to work with, they communicated in a timely, professional and pleasant manner.

Service was prompt, technician showed on time and were very respectful and professional. I appreciated receiving the texts advising they were on the way. We had both a heating system and water heater replaced. Ryan had the lowest price of the quotes we received. We also appreciated that the 2 technicians worked for over 14 hours just to ensure everything was up and running before they left. Office staff are also very efficient and friendly. Ryan Heating and Cooling responded to my emergency call within 4 hrs. Cory, the technician, has worked here before, very quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a cost for repair and parts and actually had the parts in his truck. The repair was made, enabling us to go out of town the next day. Cory is very knowledgeable, professional and personable.
