Ryan Heating and Cooling responded to my emergency call within 4 hrs. Cory, the technician, has worked here before, very quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a cost for repair and parts and actually had the parts in his truck. The repair was made, enabling us to go out of town the next day. Cory is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. We have been using Ryan and Heating and Cooling for years and can very highly recommend them!

The crew showed up and went right to work. Very polite and professional. Answered all questions that we asked and explained how everything works. Would definitely recommend Ryan Heating to anyone. Great job.

I do not write many reviews but in this case I feel like I have to. Unfortunately it is a very negative review. There Technician came out, quickly jumped to conclusion that he needed to sell me a new blower because it was "undersized ". The blower was neither undersized nor was it broken. They failed to examine the issue and identified the problem which was a matter of too few AC outlets as determined by some other specialists. I called them back and they were going to send out to other managers to look at the system and come up with a solution. They canceled a few hours before their appointment. Suddenly "a high velocity AC system was not anything they are experienced with" when before that they were experts of such as system. Experiences like this with Ryan heating and cooling lead customers to miss trust these HVAC companies. They are interested in selling products that customers do not necessarily need. They are looking for an easy job and shy away when they have to put a bit more working. All over and extremely disappointing experience and I cannot recommend this company to anyone

Absolutely fantastic service! They were so kind and informative and helpful with my questions. My central air is running very nice right now and they took that extra mile to make sure everything was good! Will definitely be calling them again if I have any issues in the future!

All three techs were on time promptly, I had a lot to install in one day, stayed over to install it professionally. Installation was beautiful every wire was perfect the craftsmanship was excellent. HVAC technician Ethan came out in a very timely manner , originally planned as a diagnostic visit for a furnace which was shorting out. He ended up repairing the system (luckily he had a needed replacement part in his van ) and making sure it was in good, safe working order.
