Reviews of local pros in Magnolia, Ohio

Jeff and his crew came out on time, and made the work look easy. Even in our tight back yard. They cleaned the mess up, and we were suprised how quick it was done. Safety, and professionalism were used by everyone that was on site. I highly recommend J&S for your small or large job!

The village of Bolivar used J&S Tree Service on two different occasions. The first, Bolivar had 97 trees trimmed on Poplar and Park they did a fantastic job and were very efficient. The second was to take care of an unsafe tree on Park Ave. The two man crew busted through the work safely and did a tremendous job on every aspect of work required. Thank you Jeff and crew for helping Bolivar out and we will look to you for future work.

Jeff & Sam were great to work with, even through delays there was great communication and the work was high quality and cleaned up nicely before they left.

J & S Tree Service came out in 2017 to cut down 44 trees from our property. What we didnt expect was this. They not only did what was contracted but cut up every tree to camp fire size and stacked every piece on our wood pile. The property was so clean you couldn't tell anyone was ever there!

So we hired them again last week and again they impressed with the same professional service. I would reccomend this company to anyone who needs tree service. Great job guys!

I made a call and within a couple hours Jeff was here to give us an estimate. By the end of the same business day his crew was here to chip all the brush from a tree we had taken down. They cleaned everything up as well. They did an amazing job, would definitely use them again! Thank you.

I haven't used their services but got a quote. They have amazing customer service the quote was reasonable for everything we wanted done. The gentleman who came out for the quote was very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall great experience. Thank you J&S for your time. 😀

My husband and I found J&S Tree Service while searching for a reliable tree service in our area. They were very prompt in responding with a visit and quote for our needs. They recently removed the tree in question that had been damaged by a lighting strike. We were very pleased with their professional service and work. The tree was removed, chipped and clean up completed in approximately 2 hours. They are returning to grind and remove the stump and we know we will get the same kind of service. They are a great team and we highly recommend them.

J&S Tree Services did an amazing job! They cut down two trees and trimmed a third tree. They were very reasonable in price and super friendly. They did an awesome job cleaning up afterwards. They actually left me the yard, street and sidewalk cleaner than it was before the job! Thank you, J&S Tree Services for all you did for us.

We hired Jeff and his guys to clear our property. He came over and gave us an estimate pretty quick. Once he started chopping down trees and chipping up limbs, it was amazing to see the transformation so quickly. Communication was great, and we would definitely have them back again if we had more work!

Good crew, good work, good price. Guys took out two quite tall dead ash trees--one quite near our house--and several smaller trees. Estimated two days including clean up, but got almost everything done on the first day. Trunks were stacked neatly out of the way to be cut up later for firewood, and the yard was cleaner than when they arrived.

I had a huge tree removal project completed by Jeff and his crew. They were safety conscious, meticulous about clean up, even reseeded lawn where damaged, took out extra bushes or brush that looked bad, cleaned up a tree on my neighbor's property that had nothing to do with my project. Very professional, truly nice guy! I couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of work done. Big thank you to these guys, highly recommended!!

We just recently used J&S and couldn't be happier. They did an amazing job with some pretty big maples. They were professional, fast, and gave us an amazing price. Honestly we couldn't be happier with them. Definitely recommend giving them a call for any tree removal needs you may have.

Definitely a 5 star. Prices are fair, very professional service. They removed an old oak tree that fell in a storm and landed on a large rock feature in my wooded lot. They took extraordinary care to not damage the rock. I’m very happy with their work. Responds quickly too!

I highly recommend the work of J & S Tree Services . They were recommended to us by a friend and we have used them twice now - both were jobs that spanned 2 and 3 days to complete. The first was in the summer - among others, they took down a very large tree right by a busy road. They did a fantastic job and were very professional. The second time we used them it was winter - I was not sure how cleanup would go in the winter, but just as before, they cleaned everything up amazingly well. Both times they gave us a detailed estimate and stuck to it! Quality work, reasonable price, professional friendly crew - we will be using them again.

These guys are fantastic. Great customer service. I had a lot of questions because the tree we needed removed was close to my garage, my neighbors' garage and my other neighbors fence. They talked me through everything politely, didn't make me feel like I was taking up their time. When I didn't receive an email quote I called and they got right back to me to sort that out. We scheduled the removal and they were able to come out the very next day. I would definitely use this company again, they were fantastic.

Thank you J&S Tree Service. They took down 2 large trees in one day. Good pricing , good work. Very prompt and professional. Very nice and friendly crew. Did a great job cleaning up. They know what they are doing! I would definitely recommend J&S to anyone looking for tree service.

These guys were very professional! We had 4 medium to large size trees cut down and a large tree trimmed. My yard looked great after they cleaned up after their work, they even stacked the wood I kept in one location. Best price that I found in 3 counties! I would highly recommend. Proud to have supported a Veteran owned business!

J&S Tree Services did an amazing job! They cut down ten large trees close to our house before the high winds had a chance to take them down. They were very reasonable in price. They did an awesome job cutting what was requested and cleaning up afterwards. We would recommend their services to others and will use them in the future if we ever have a need. We like to support local jobs, when possible.
Thank you, J&S Tree Services for all you did for us.

I hired J & S Tree service to take a tree down for me. The guys were great. They did a fantastic job. They stacked the wood for me and did a wonderful clean up job. I would definitely recommend them if anyone needs a tree service.. Thank you so much!!!

Had a huge tree limb fall in my yard during a storm. Jeff was out there the next day to remove it! Highly recommend. Priced very fair, prompt response & very professional. Will be using again!

Nothing but good things to say about J&S. Jeff knows his craft, and does excellent work. Everything was trimmed exactly how we discussed, and my yard was cleaner when they left than when we started. Highly recommend!
