House Cleaning reviews in Maineville, Ohio

I just had my windows cleaned by Window Genie of NE Cincinnati and they did a great job! Scheduling was easy and done at my convenience. Nicole in the office was very helpful. The techs, Brady and Dylan, were very polite and took extra care to wear their booties while in our home. All of my windows are spotless! What a difference !! I will have them back regularly as I like to keep my windows clean. Thank you for the great experience!!

Window Genie’s Zack and Cody were on time, explained the process, worked diligently, did a thorough job, and even put the furniture back on the front porch! I recommend them to clean your windows and siding.

Dylan and Brady arrived within their window, we did a walkthrough and they got to work. We did a walk through afterward and their work was great. My partner said “Wow! That looks great.” I agree and recommend them. Oh and the scheduler was easy to work with and communication was good.

2 Man team.
Washed all 4 sides of the house and all windows inside and outside.
Great price compared to 2 other quotes I received.
Would highly recommend.

Mike and Tyler did a fantastic job of pressure washing the siding on our house and doing the Window cleaning inside and outside.
We’ve been happy customers of Window Genie for many years. We highly recommend them.

Window Genie did a great job cleaning my exterior windows. The crew was very professional and timely. I will definitely use this company again.

The window genie crew arrived on time, were very professional and courteous and did an amazing job cleaning inside and out of my windows. I will definitely use their services again!

Great company! Very professional! They cleaned our tall chandelier with care and expertise. Zack and Brady did outstanding work! And at the end, when one of the sockets did not work, they discovered some broken glass inside and cleaned it out. Everything works perfectly now. Thank you Window Genie!

Mike and Tyler are excellent at their job. They cleaned the windows to perfection. They are also very nice men. Will ask for them again.

The team from Window Genie of Cincinnati , Zack & Cody, did a fantastic job pressure washing the siding and cleaning the windows of our house. Zack & Cody are fast, efficient, and very professional. I highly recommend Window Genie of Cincinnati.

Technicians came on time. Friendly, soft spoken couple of guys cleaned around 17 windows, power washed around the house, and cleaned a patio door in under two and a half hours. Interior (including tracks) and exterior. Other than a few streaks on the front door, windows looks sparkly clean and outside looks good. Wife is happy, 5 stars.

Edit: Within 30 min of this review they left a voicemail saying they would be willing to send someone out to clean the front door. I was mowing the lawn so by that time i saw the missed call, i had already cleaned it with windex, 5/5 customer service.

Had Window Genie out for another window cleaning. Today Zack and Cody came and did a wonderful job cleaning windows, screens and power washing. They were friendly and professional and we really got some insights and tips too. Will request them from now on.

Mike and Tyler came right on time. Did a great job. Windows look great and very munched respected our overall household articles. Will definitely call on them again

Very happy that one Window Genie technician (Robert) working alone could complete exterior window washing in a reasonable period of time. Good job.

Mike & Tyler came out today in 90 degree heat to wash my windows. They did the outside and the inside, cleaned the screens and the tracks in between the screens and the windows. They did a fantastic job. They were personal and professional. I will definitely use Windows Genie again.

I have used Window Genie for years washing and window tinting. They always did a great job.
However this last time Zack and Cody did an exceptional job, especially getting my gutters clean.
I will never use anyone else for house washing.

Everything looked great from pressure washing our house to cleaning our windows and screens. Both young men were very professional and showed great customer service. This is not the first time we've used Window Genie and their technicians are always very good at what they do.

Zack and Cody did an awesome job cleaning out the gutters on my home! They were respectful, quick, and did a very thorough clean on the gutters that were VERY full of debris. Highly recommend - they’re great! Thanks guys!

I have used other window cleaners in Cincinnati area and Window Genie is the best by far. Cleaned disgusting skylights so they look like new. And my windows are sparkling. Other companies have left streaks and not wiped edges of panes thoroughly so after 1 rain storm everything was dirty again. We’ve had a major storm and my windows and skylights still look sparkling. Highly recommend.
