I had called several plumbing companies to get an estimate on how much it would cost to install my new dishwasher. Many would not quote me over the phone, and others charged a fee to come out for an estimate. When I called L.A. Reedy, I was told straight forward what the estimate would be. When AJ and his comrad arrived, they were both professional, courteous, and arrived earlier than expected. It didn't take long for them to install my new dishwasher. The best part is that they stayed within the estimated amount I was quoted and worked fast to get my dishwasher installed. I would highly recommend L.A. Reedy for any plumbing needs and will certainly use them again in the future. Honest, hard working, and well-priced for the work they do.

It was 2:30am in the morning and our sump pump failed. Our basement was filling with water and we were scared that we were not gonna be able to find anyone to help us. But AJ not only took my call at 2:30am but put us before himself (not knowing us in any way prior to this incident) got out of bed, drove to his shop to get his equipment /supplies and came to our rescue. I am not sure I have ever met someone in business so genuine. He truly didn’t even need to answer the call, let alone come and help us at that time of the night/morning. We are so grateful for AJ!! Thank you!!

AJ was great. Prompt and courteous. Explained things in a way I could understand. Replaced the leaking water heater with minimal spillage to carpet. Gave me some suggestions for better drainage in the basement and gave me a fair price.
I will Definitely use him again!

Fast same day service. At my home within 50 minutes of my call. A.J.cleared three drains and saved us $375.00. Clean, profession, and made sure everything was tidy before they left. In and out within an hour. Gave future recommendations, but he didn't try to upsell me immediately. Would highly recommend.

AJ and his team was great! They explained everything up front and answered all our questions and did an amazing job installing our new sump pump drainage system! They even were able to tunnel under the sidewalk so we didn’t have to replace that!

Water heater started leaking during a winter snow storm. AJ took my call at 9pm on a Sunday and was out promptly with a new water heater and a professional installation. AJ was able to answer any questions I had and I would recommend their business to anyone who asks.

During a family emergency they were able to address our problems immediately. Water heater went out and they responded within couple hours. Had to get parts including new breaker had everything done by next morning. Very professional and I can't say enough about their caring and compassion during our time of need. I will always use this company for any plumbing needs.

AJ was great - he got out to my house in less than 2 hours on Sunday of a holiday weekend. He was prompt and explained everything to me. He couldn't fix the first issue - but said he'll come back when septic is emptied to take care of the rest. Very nice and polite.

Had a plumbing issue, clogged drain, that we've tried to clean ourselves multiple times. Called Reedy based on their reviews and got a good estimate over the phone. AJ came out, was very nice and professional. Explained the ins and outs of the process. Took care of the clog in no time, didn't leave a mess, answered some other questions, gave some advice. Very happy thus far, would recommend.

Communicative and helpful regarding next steps and how to resolve. Updated review: However, he was using chewing tobacco and repeatedly spit in our sump pump. I mean, to do that in the first place, gross, but to do it in front of the customer?? Yuck! I get that that water is pumped into the sewer, but still...it felt disrespectful. I wasn't sure how to handle in that moment and ultimately didn't say anything to him. Maybe just a note to set those boundaries while in your house. He is a good plumber and did a great job but I didn't appreciate that part of it.

AJ and his team diagnosed my sump pump drain problem and started excavating in the least expensive area first. They found that my drain line empties into a trunk line servicing 4 other neighbors along with mine. The trunk line was not installed properly so they installed a new separate line bypassing the trunk line and emptying into the storm sewer. They did a great clean up and were done in 4 hrs. Highly recommend!!

Great service. AJ was quick to respond and very helpful when fixing my clogged toilet. Was able to figure out quickly what was wrong and was able to fix it. I would highly recommend this company to help with your plumbing needs.

AJ and his crew went above and beyond for our septic issue. We had 6 different companies come out to give us a quote and AJ was the ONLY one who worked proactively to earn our business. He had his team do a more in depth assessment and called to get all utilities marked even before a signed contract. The price was very reasonable and him and his crew were professional, timely and detail oriented. Aj was referred to me by a family friend so I called him first thing. He came when I was in the middle of an emergency and got me taken care of quick. I appreciate them fitting me into their schedule because without them I wasn't able to take a shower!
