Our water pump to the well stopped working. I messaged late evening on Tuessay. CJ was here on Wednesday at 4 pm, assessed the issue,, and our pump was replaced and we had water by 7pm. Fast and Friendly service. Very responsive to messages. Great price! Excellent work! Would Highly recommend.

Chris was prompt to arrive and provide service. He was friendly and personable and shared his knowledge and recommendations based on the age of our home and plumbing setup. He provided the services we needed and helped provide advice for cleanup, while doing his best to help limit the mess when he could. We will be calling him for more projects soon.

We called Chris in the evening due to an emergency and he said if we could do without water until morning it would save us money. He would be out first thing the next morning. He was great! I had a clogged sewer main and couldn’t use any of my plumbing. I called them at 3:30PM, arrived at 5:45PM, and fixed the problem within an hour. They were very informative and explained what the problem was, fixed it, and cleaned everything up! Highly, highly recommend them to anyone!!!

We were doing a kitchen renovation project and were looking for a plumber to install a water hookup for a fridge including a filter and to replace a outside hose bib that was not working. After contacting several companies and being told they didn’t work in our area I reached out to On Point Plumbing. Chris came out that same day and gave me a quote on the spot. We had a shower mixer we could not remove. On Point Plumbing was able to stop by and troubleshoot the same day we called. The next day they were back with everything that was needed to completely replace the mixer and get the shower operational again. Work was performed in a timely and professional manner.
