Sam did a good job, very thorough, left everything clean, explained everything he was doing in detail.

Ryan came on a Sunday… determined why our drains were backing up and will follow up on Monday to fix issue. He was knowledgeable and very nice while working. Harner is always timely and willing to put in extra effort to fix our plumbing problems.

We were ghosted by two other plumbers and were getting desperate since it was a Saturday and our pool diverter valve was spewing water. Called Harner, their on-call tech Sam called right back and offered to come take a look. He told us what we needed to get from the pool company and said he could probably come back Monday to do the installation. He did just that, even though it was raining, and we are hoping to be able to swim later this week (if the weather ever decides to cooperate!). Such a nice guy, very efficient, and knowledgeable. We’ll definitely be calling Harner again!

From the "almost" terrible experience I had with a different plumber (who almost charged DOUBLE for the same service) in the area, I am glad I found Harner.

I agree with others. My experience with Harner plumbing consisted of professional service at a reasonable price, a company I would recommend. Ben, a likable man listened to our concerns then went to work. He roughed out the bathroom remodel relocating all the plumbing. The end result is an array of neat copper pipes completed by an artisan.

I had a great experience with Harner Plumbing. I had a gas leak in my home and the gas company shut off my gas until the leak was repaired. I called Harner Plumbing and they were able to send Jake out within the hour. Jake was very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained exactly where the leak was coming from and how he was going to fix it. He checked everything to put my mind at ease. He tested the lines at a higher rate, and longer than what the gas company was going to do to make sure there were no other leaks. I was very happy with his service!

Our hot water heater went out on the weekend. We called the number of the company who had installed it but they were unable to come until Monday. We then checked with Harner Plumbing at the suggestion of someone who had recently used them and was extremely happy with their service. Not only did they immediately come out, they were cheaper than the original company’s quote for the same unit (even after we paid the slightly higher weekend rate).
Jake was extremely competent, friendly, and professional. He was in and out quickly, explained everything that was done and kept the area spotless.

We finally found a plumbing company that stands behind their work and has great plumbers too. Alan could not have been nicer. He explained our toilet issue and ordered the part and came back a couple days later for installation. The whole process was smooth and informative with text updates and showing up on time and even a little early. We have a gas hot water tank that will need replacing and we’re definitely using Harner. These guys are great! Everyone from the office staff to the plumbers in the field are friendly and knowledgeable. The office let me know a time range that the guys would be out and shortly after the plumber called to tell me an exact time, to which he was here on time if not a little early. He was even awesome with my son following him around the house while he worked asking the typical 3 year old questions. Our problems were fixed, he made sure that we didn't have any other questions and made sure every place he worked was clean before leaving. This is probably the third time we've used Harner Plumbing and they have been great every single time!

Harner plumbing has always had excellent responsiveness and made every effort to get here and resolve our issues quickly and at a reasonable cost. They are professional and courteous. They have been our plumber of choice for 15+ years. Highly recommend.

Rick was very helpful. Wax seal on toilet replaced. Unit broke on Saturday, harner was closed. Left message, they were prompt calling me back. Could wait till Monday for service. He did ask if we had another toilet. Also made sure I turned off water on toilet.
Have been using Harner for years. Very happy.
