9/4/15-Llyod Ave, Aurora OH... I just watched a worker throw his apple core into the adjacent property. He also had another apple in his hand that very much resembled the apples on the tree of the home owner he was working for. Very disrespectful!! I'll be talking to both of my neighbors this weekend!

Absolutely top notch. We've had them out to do stump grinding and tree removal. They are quick, efficient and nicely priced. I would definitely use them again.

I just called to inquire about tree removal services. I live 32 minutes from your office per Google. Whoever answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude. Completely unnecessary. If you don’t service 32 minutes away from your office, shame on you. I would also look into a better customer service rep, preferably someone more willing to assist potential customers. I would never recommend anyone to even call your company.

Completely Professional! On time, 9 very huge pines down and ground in less than 3 hours! Cleaned and raked the street, yard, neighbors yard, and even used a pitchfork to raise the lawn in the 3 spots they had protected!

Bill Yarnell has been taking care of all my Arborist needs for many years; on my 145 acre farm that I have turned into a Arboretum over my life time. From Tree Removal, Cabling, Insect and disease management, root strangulation and general consulting Yarnell has done a great job. Andy, Tony, Kim, Bill they all know what they are doing and like there jobs! I Would defiantly recommend all there services !

I recently hired Yarnell Tree Co. for the second time to remove and trim trees around my home. They were quick to schedule and start the job that was to include bringing a lift to prune a large maple, however, they did not bring the lift. This happened the first time as well but I gave them a second chance. One of their workers did a nice job and was very attentive. The other two, including the foreman, were impolite and sloppy. The foreman dropped a tree into our perennial garden breaking several plants rather than wait for his helper to guide the tree. His response was, "they're perennials, they'll come back next year". Another worker was called to bring a lift but by the time he arrived I was upset with their lack of care and stopped them from doing the work. I also supplied wheelbarrows that they should have had with them to clean up a fallen tree. I'll be using a different tree service in the future.

We used Yarnell to take down a handful of trees around the yard. Several large ones close to the house and some throughout a wooded area. The workers were precise and careful. We have landscaping and flowers around several tress that were taken down all of which were still alive and standing afterwards. Communication was great and job site was very well cleaned afterwards. Highly recommend them!

Anthony and crew came and cleaned up some HUGE limbs- basically a significant windfall of several trees - that came down a couple weeks ago. Their bid was HALF of the others we sought. They came exactly when they said they would, and finished in just over an hour a job we thought would take half a day. These men are STRONG! This is the second time we have used them, and they haven't let us down yet. Anthony is an honest businessman who works as hard as his crew, and we are glad to know that they will help if anything happens again.

This company did an amazing job with removing several trees from our property. I was highly impressed with the clean up process as you could barely tell that they were on our property.

Anthony & crew dropped 13 medium to large trees that were close to our pool. It was a pretty tricky job that was completed without any damage. They came in as scheduled and left with everything cleaned up after the job. A New Leaf Tree Co. will be called in for any other tree work for us and I will positively recommend them to others.

Multiple dead/dying trees removed; some very large hardwoods between houses that were taken down with incredible precision using crane. High quality work from quotation through clean-up.
