Very reliable and honest. Didn’t try to sell unnecessary services like others. Explained everything well and discussed items further when I requested.

Not reliable. Unresponsive. Gave vague time frame of 9am-5pm then didn’t bother to show up or answer phone calls. Do not recommend

Mr. Waite was a very nice man, he was very professional and knowledgeable and efficient while fixing my furnace, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Never ever do business with this person again! Had me without heat for alomst a whole week was supposed to come back to do the morter in my furnace and he never came back no call no show no nothing! He was found thu a company name first primar and that company is a joke!!! Mr Write is not dependable not at all!!! It's been freezeing cold and he never came to do the work he promised!!!!

Bill & his staff are fantastic! I have been using BNK heating and cooling for years and they have always been fast, responsive, & efficient.

The company and the people we interacted with from the quote to the install were great. Russ was informative and answered my questions well. Plus, even though I was in a different time zone, he was on it with giving me the information I needed to make a decision. Patrick and Paul (or was it Peter?), the two guys who installed the system, were on time, polite, and professional. They even stayed past their regular hours on the first day of the install so that they could get the ac up and running.

Plus, the price was right.

Quick and easy transaction. Rus was very knowledgeable and explained what the AC unit needed now as well as for future maintenance. Plus it was not as expensive as we were anticipating. Happy to have cold air in the house again—call them!

BNK replaced my outdated system with a new American Standard furnace and AC unit. Patrick and Paul worked well together and they did an excellent job from start to finish.

BNK heating is my wife’s go to company. They are really responsive. Whenever she calls for something to be repaired, they come out within 24 hours or less. Our water heater broke on Monday night, Tuesday afternoon we had a brand new one. I love how she gets peace of mind with this company.

Patrick and Dave did a great job installing our furnace and air conditioner. We were pleased with their overall performance and professionalism. It was nice to have reliable former Greenbriar Middle School students working on my home.

On the coldest day of the year they came early to attempt to fix the heat… after not being able to find the filter area (for about 30 mins) and another hr looking they decided they needed a part THEY DIDNT HAVE… didn’t tell me until 5 pm they won’t have the part until the NEXT DAY it was literally 2 degrees outside and they had no care in the world. They proceeded to ignore my calls I’m still currently waiting and freezing

Tony was time. Respectful and took his shoes off. Completed his job in less than 20 minutes. Replaced the capacitor. Explained it was low and if not replaced it will be inefficient and cost more on gas bill. He had the part. We asked him some questions and gave us pointers on how to maintain our Carrier. Over all he seemed to know what he was doing. I thought maybe he should have checked the heat coming out of the vents in each room to make sure the proper amount/pressure were coming out. I thought he could have done more to service the furnace. Again to fair I have no clue what points of inspection he should have been checking. Maybe for next time explain to the customers what your going to do. Maybe explain what you are looking for and show them. Again Tony was good and have no issues calling him to service us again or no issues with referring him to friends and family.
