Good plants with decent prices, customer service was subpar and I did not feel welcomed. Not sure if I’ll come back here to spend my money again due to lack of customer service.

Wow!! Gale's has a fantastic variety of vegetables, flowers and plants at reasonable prices!! It's still a bit early to plant, but I'll be going back!! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff!!

Healthy, beautiful plants! I know every garden center in a three county radius and Gales has the best selection. The staff takes care of every plant, owner answered my questions and gave me advice. Shop local!

I went to get house plants today and they had a very good selection but the staff were very unfriendly and rude. The lady at the front desk did not lift her head even once to acknowledge me. Other staff walked right by me even when I asked for help. I will not spend my money here.

This is a kind of "meat and potatoes" garden center, with all the basics, reasonable prices, and a friendly staff.

RACIST STORE. (This is actually for the willoighby hills location but i would not support this company at all.) One of the employees was complaining that inner city families bring their black kids to trick or treat in his neighborhood. Shocking to have to listen to such a hateful person. They also don't accept returns. Don't support this horrible establishment.

I went in with my indoor plant. I know nothing about plants. But the plant is a sentimental value to me. I was told the pot it was in was to big. I asked do they offer potting (putting it in another pot) he told me no. But he still repotted the plant for me. I really beyond appreciated it cause I never did it before but I learned watching him.

This place has actually beautiful flowers (especially the Marigolds ) which do very well in our yard. We've frequented this place for probably about 10 years with above average performance of our flowers/shrubs. Where they lose 2 stars at is at the cashier station. For some reason, the one day out of the year that we decide to shop there, the cashier ladies are very crabby and in the midst of a horrible day. You're selling flowers, for pete's sake, not digging graves! Smile...be nice....just once!

Gales is a great small misery. I always find what I need for a great price. When I get heavy things the helpers immediately follow me to the car to put it in without me even have to ask. At the end of the season they have great sales too.

Truly one of my favorite places to shop. Everyone there so helpful and knowledgeable. I shop there all year round. Garden supplies, back yard critter food, containers, and seed. In the winter beautiful poinsettia and winter greens. Prices are very reasonable too!

Have been coming here, seasonally, for all my garden needs. Ran out of grass seed today and google said gales closes at 6pm. Drove 15 minutes to get there just to arrive at 5:46 pm to the store and parking lot closed and locked, which as you can imagine was pretty annoying. 30 minute round-trip for nothing. 😑

Great day for shopping for plants...Gale's Garden Center has a large variety of plants for your yard & garden...reasonably priced...healthy looking. Have a nice selection of ornaments & statues too. Nice friendly people there!

My favorite garden center. Reasonably priced. Got some bush green beans and sugar snap peas to grow today. Nice selection of new plants. Only $3! Staff is always friendly and helpful to this novice gardener.

This nursery has a great selection. The staff was kind, helpful and friendly. Their plants are very healthy and the prices were inexpensive, at least for the items that I was looking for.
