Took 4 weeks for them to show up and when they did they changed filters and said ac was fixed. Had to call them back in which they postponed for 3 more days

Matthew replaced a water heater for me and repaired some water lines in the basement. He was knowledgeable and did top notch work! He replaced the water heater in a timely manner and gave great tips how to keep it hardy like flushing it once a year. Thank you Matthew!

They came to the job site to work up a price for a new heating and cooling system. When he left he said he would get back to me with a price in a few days. A week goes by and nothing. Then two weeks. Finally I called them back and was told they lost the paperwork and would have them draw up another quote. Well this is a month later and still nothing. Went with another company.

I have a claw footed tub and the shower curtain rod and the shower itself had some issues when my husband installed it. We have used Alum Creek many times for other plumbing, heating and cooling issues and have always been pleased with theur work. On this occassion, Colton came and assessed the situation. He took the entire shower assembly apart, explained what some of the problems were and how he was going to fix it. He reinstalled the shower and curtain rod and it is perfect. No worries if a wobbly curtain rod or bent shower rod.

The guys wrre able to come out the next morning after the day I called. Shane was very curtious and professional as well as personable. Diagnosed the problem as a worn out fan mower in about 20 minutes. Didn't have the part in stock, so we had to wait until 2 days after I called.
Nathan gave us a call first thing that 2nd day morning and installed the part in 40 min. Thankfully we have air again heading into a 90 degree weekend.
There was a bit of confusion over a price difference between the estimate I signed and the bill that Nathan presented to me. He got it straightened out and gave me a call saying they would honor the estimate.
$505.00 for the fan motor and installation. A bit of sticker shock for us, but in researching the cost other's charge it seems to be at the top of the end of charges but still within range.

Came out when I couldnt figure out what was going on with my furnace to help me. The employees are very nice folks easy to talk too. Colten came out as well to check in, he seems very knowledgeable also easy to talk to and I learned a few things as they helped diagnose and ultimately fix the issue. I am pleased to have done business with them! I would recommend using them.

Absolutely horrible!!. Both our heating and cooling systems conveniently quit working right after warranty was up. We just paid them for brand new units on our new house!! Please stay away!! They are unprofessional and even hung up with me on the phone!!! They failed to be responsible in fixing our issues when they were clearly responsible. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING

My furnace died on a Saturday morning. Coulten came and spent time diagnosing the issue, got the furnace to work temporarily and ordered the parts we needed. The new parts were installed and the furnace worked for a week or so and then died again (on New Year's morning). It was time for a new furnace. Coulten made recommendations for the replacement and his office got me approved for financing. They came on the day they said they would, at the time they said they would and installed the new furnace in less time than they expected that it would take. I cannot say enough good things about this entire process. It's never pleasant to deal with a situation like this, but they were responsive and professional and gave me peace of mind in a very stressful situation. I highly recommend this business for any HVAC issues. Great job!

Called 2 weeks in advance for a inspection of my furnace and heat pump before winter. The day of for them to come out, they called to tell me we would have to reschedule. I didn't reschedule, I didn't want to waste another day off. Will not be calling them for there service again.

Highly recommend for heating and cooling! We've used them for furnace repair and now air conditioning repair and both times they have been amazing! Colton and Brandon are both amazing and do a great job and I always feel safe and comfortable with them and the repairs they do!

My air handler was installed leaning away from the condensation drain and now it leaks water on my floor. They told me I’m outside of their service area and couldn’t help me. They don’t stand behind their work. Avoid this company at all cost.

I left a message last night advising I needed service and received a call this morning to say the tech would be out before 1pm. Brandon called shortly after to advise he was on his way and arrived on time. He checked the outside unit and after a few minutes came in and set the a/c and it worked. Quick fix and friendly service.

Great service for our geothermal system. Honest assessment and pricing after less than favorable experiences at their competitors. They are our first call now for all of our HVAC servicing.

Great response to emergency service. I will not call the installer (Custom Air) anymore.
