Called 2 weeks in advance for a inspection of my furnace and heat pump before winter. The day of for them to come out, they called to tell me we would have to reschedule. I didn't reschedule, I didn't want to waste another day off. Will not be calling them for there service again.

Highly recommend for heating and cooling! We've used them for furnace repair and now air conditioning repair and both times they have been amazing! Colton and Brandon are both amazing and do a great job and I always feel safe and comfortable with them and the repairs they do!

My air handler was installed leaning away from the condensation drain and now it leaks water on my floor. They told me I’m outside of their service area and couldn’t help me. They don’t stand behind their work. Avoid this company at all cost.

I left a message last night advising I needed service and received a call this morning to say the tech would be out before 1pm. Brandon called shortly after to advise he was on his way and arrived on time. He checked the outside unit and after a few minutes came in and set the a/c and it worked. Quick fix and friendly service.

Very happy with the service! Our furnace went out days before Christmas and they were able to come diagnose it same day. Parts were ordered quickly and they were out on Christmas Eve to fix it! Jeramie did a great job polite, efficient, communicative, and punctual. They were upfront about the cost there were no surprises! Definitely recommend and will use again in the future! Thank you!

Our furnace gave out mid-winter so we needed it replaced asap. Alum Creek came out right away, gave us a better price than other companies and had the furnace replaced in days. We highly recommend them.

Alum Creek came out to my home and worked until way past time of closing. They stayed till the job was done. They were kind and polite. They cleaned up and explained things as they went. They were absolutely amazing. I would recommend them over and over. Nathan and the fellow with him ( sorry can't remember name) knew their stuff and fixed my furnace. I would recommend them over and over again. All of them from the office staff to the technicians.

Very professional. Tech came a couple of weeks ago and diagnosed problem. Within 2 weeks I had whole new system installed. Installers were great. I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

Wow. We had this company install a new furnace and whole house humidifier in 2021. It's half way through 2025. We had them come out to fix a gas leak which our propane company had identified. Since the lady I spoke with at Alum had tried to tell me there's no way they would be at fault even though we've not had anyone touch it since, I was expecting to pay for the repair. The tech (an older gentleman) fixed it and called the owner to see if he would agree to not charge since they can't say definitively that it was not their installer at fault. The owner agreed it is the right thing to do. I cannot express how much I appreciate this for not only relief of some financial burden but also for lightening my mental load and being a blessing to a mom holding down the fort while my husband is on military deployment (separate missions during both install and this time). Thank you for being a good business in the community.

This company installed a brand new high end, high efficiency system in my home. Within 3 months there was a leak from improper installation and the inside was all rusted out. They were very slow to come out and when they finally did, they said they weren't going to do anything to fix it. I have also requested to talk to the owner several times with no call back and when someone answers the phone they are very rude and seem like they have better things to do then to talk to me. My next step is the BBB, then small claims court unfortunately.

Really quick scheduling for one. I think it we got an appointment within the week which is great considering it was a holiday week too! Really fair pricing and great work too! Will definitely use them again.

Alum creek installed our furnace several (3) years ago. We have always had an issue with it overheating on really cold days and shutting down until I would reset it. I was able to figure out the issue and suggest a fix to Alum Creek.

They sent out 2 very nice employees to check out our system even though we are out of service area and the service warranty has expired. They confirmed that the issue I suggested was the problem and they offered a solution. They came prepared with all the necessary pieces and parts and had the furnace upgraded and running efficiently within 2 hours.

They added an additional filter and a wrap to make sure the furnace return is drawing enough air through the blower. It now runs on stage 2 and is able to satisfy the thermostats throughout the house with out overheating.

I really appreciate Alum Creek standing by the product they installed and being willing to fix an issue that took a while to figure out.
