The Tree Guy did a great job at our home by removing 9 unwanted trees in just a few hours. From the free quote to the final cleanup of brush, the crew was very professional and courteous and did a good job. We even added a rather large tree to the list while they were here without prior knowledge and they took care of it too. For a turnkey operation, I will highly recommend

Relying on an amateur to deal with the irksome half dead tree in my front yard reaching into the wires above didn't feel right. Did they really know what to do? What if they got hurt? Not knowing where to turn for help, I found a professional, The Tree Guy, on the Internet. As it turned out, with the right equipment, crew, knowledge, and skills it safely removed the tree within an hour of its arrival. My mind at ease as I watched its crew clean up afterwards, I regretted not calling The Tree Guy months ago, when I first recognized the danger that the tree posed to myself and the public.

The Tree Guy has done work at our cemetery multiple times, each time we are provided with exceptional customer service. They have never left a mess, their equipment allows them to work around the tombstones, and they are very respectable of our grounds. The prices are very reasonable, and we would recommend them to anyone.

I am the manager of two condo associations and I have used the tree guys several times. They are absolutely excellent. They did some major tree trimming for us this last season. Had a job scheduled for october 11th and they were a complete, no show i took the day off work to be here to show them exactly what I want it done, and they never even came got a call last night that they were busy Couldn't make It said they would call me later to reschedule for next week, and they never even called !! so today, I found american tree and they came today and did an awesome job the same day for a better price my recommendation, to anyone reading this, go with American tree, at least they'll show up.

Nice looking equipment but no customer service. We were first told we would be the first stop the next morning and they start early. At 9:30 I tried calling and no answer, 10:30 no answer and left message to see if they were still coming. 1:30 I received a vm "Yes we will be there late tonight". 3:30 a call to let me know they won't be able to make it at all today. I understand it was a bad storm and I wasn't the only customer but don't repeatedly say you will show up and then at the end of the day leave us hanging.

I scheduled a dead tree to be removed. They called and told me they could remove it that day however I stated that I wanted to be there when it was done and no heavy equipment on my driveway. i like to be present on my property when having work done. When I returned home that day. The tree was gone and so were they. I felt they disrespected my request and that they trespassed onto my property completely disregarding my request. I cancelled future services for another tree. I have been told to file a police repor for trespassing?
