Super Great Service!! They came out on a Friday to check the system out and came back monday to install a new AC, furnace and hot water tank finished by lunch time. Cant ask for any better service from Rich, DJ and jackson.

The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Rich provided an assessment, listened to my needs, answered my questions, offered a competitive quote, and completed the installation on time. They install American Standard furnaces which have an excellent rating on Consumer Reports.

I like that Rich came out to provide and estimate and was also the person who installed the furnace with another technician. They did an excellent job with the installation, and left my home clean and tidy. I found their customer service to be top-notch, with friendly and responsive communication throughout the process. I got 4 other estimates and what made me choose Action Air is 1) Rich's understanding of my needs, patience in waiting for my decision, knowledge of HVAC and 2) the brand of furnace 3) the reasonable, competitive cost to install.
