I would reccomend Eubanks to anyone needing electrical work. I have used them at work and on my home and they are always courteous, willing to explain issues, give options for repairs and complete the work quickly.

So the guy was early on time really friendly I had done alot of the work before he had gotten there I was told from the shop guy that they prorated the cost of time no matter what the guy showed up at 12:30 left at 12:53 charged me for a whole hour and I questioned the tech and he said yes anything at 30 min + is automatically a full hour charged 90$ extremely disappointing I called the shop that day and they said they would look into and that I was right about it being prorated and accused me of being like previous customers who have lied about time frame costs. ive never heard back wheres my 40$ id like to know.

Service was performed a few weeks sooner than originally set-up, which was great. The service techs were very efficient and pleasant. Work was done in a timely fashion and highly recommend using this company.

They failed terribly on follow through. I ask for an assessment and estimate. The guy came out did his job, said I hear from the office about estimate. I had to call them four times and kept being told ,the owner does the estimates and wasn't in at the time. He never returned my call. I finally got help from another company. Baddd form guys!!!!!;(

Eubanks worked with our general contractor to replace a meter and shut off during a remodel. Complete professional and skilled crew of electricians. That had to work around and with a siding crew. It's not as easy as in DIY Channel.
Called them back to help with upgrade to our breaker box. Rob and Co will help homeowners to find a safe, reliable and affordable solution. Can't say enough about them.

I called Eubanks to schedule a time for them to come out and install some new switches. They told me the scheduler was out and would call me back the next day to get the appointment set up. They didnt call for 2 days, so I called back to check and see if the scheduler was back in the office. I was told again that the scheduler wasn't available and he'd call me back. Long story short, they never called me back, so we went with another local company that has already been out and completed the job. If you're in the marysville area, you may want to call Kramer electric instead. I had a much better experience with them.

So far Rob & his crew have helped us with our kitchen. My wife & I bought a farm house estimated to be 130 years old. Most of the house is still using 2 prong outlets. We started with the kitchen & found 7 live wires just loose behind the walls. Rob & his crew did a wonderful job removing these dangers along with rewiring the entire kitchen. My wife was very particular with what she was wanting & there were also a few great recommendations made as far as outlet/GFCI placement. We plan on using them for the rest of the house & would definitely recommend to anyone!

We needed some outlets changed in our house so we called them to come out and do an estimate. After they came out and did the evaluation they never called us back. We tried to call but no answer. Guess they didn’t want our business. Complete waste of time.

Eubanks installed can lights, outlets, and switches in our basement we are in the process of finishing. Their price was fair, they showed up on time, they were very nice, professional, and kept the wires and area clean. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work! Our basement looks great!
