They are amazing! I love calling there and Rick the manager knows exactly who I am :) Cleans are consistent no matter who does them. They clean how I would clean if I wasn't so busy!

Process was easy to schedule. Young lady showed up exactly on time to clean. She was very friendly and detail oriented. Overall, the process was excellent. Highly recommend for cleaning services.

Ashley came for the first time, showed up on time, remembered all the details I told her, then I left for a meeting. Not only did she do everything expected, but went above & beyond. Thank you, Ashley, from the bottom of my heart!

They did a good job cleaning and they did everything I asked them to do. They also stole from me and I had to fire them for it. Then they did not cover it because they said the police could not prove it was them even though I live alone and they were the only other people in my home. The police said fingerprints did not help because the Maid Pro people had permission to be in my home. (Bonded and Insured doesn't matter apparently)

I have used maidpro since Christmas and I feel a relief not having to do some things as I travel for work often. With two boys deep cleaning can be a task I just don’t want to do the one or two days I’m with my kids. Veronica did an AMAZING job!!

Maid Pro has done a great job cleaning my house for months. The ladies are are pleasant and if I have an extra spot or chair or something I need them to clean while they are at my house, they don't hesitate to clean it for me. They even change the water bed sheets.

I'm most appreciative of them cleaning my house since I run my own business and vacuuming etc. is one of the last things I take time to do. I will have Maid Pro cleaning my house for a long time to come. Thanks Maid Pro!

We have used another company in the past but MaidPro did a much better job, they were professional and did not disturb my wife who works from home! Mariah, Olivia, and Annamaria were excellent!

Have used MaidPro for about 3 months. On first day, the owner came to just check. Knew I had the right people at that time.
Last week Kayla came for the first time. She did an outstanding job. Hopefully she will return & become my regular.

I don't see anyway to add an additional review so I am editing this one. Company is great because they have great people working. Kimberly is the best I've seen. Thorough in her work, on time works hard. Highly recommended.

September 12, 2023: MaidPro continues to prove that I made a wise decision when I first called on their services. I have now seen several of their employees and with only one exception, the experience has been outstanding. I am very pleased with my decision to bring them into my home.

I’m not sure I would use this service again. Customer service was great. But the actual cleaners were a little sketchy. If the home wasn’t empty I’m not sure I would have felt comfortable leaving them unattended.

I would highly recommend MaidPro service for recurring house cleaning.....

I feel like these google reviews are fake cause they did not do a good job at my house and my wood floor cleaner was missing when they left. It seemed all they did was dust and throw cleaning products around in the bathroom. Not worth the money and definitely no attention to detail they didn’t move anything to wipe things down. They left a checklist with supposed services they did but mostly everything was still the same. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I’m not sure how they have so many good reviews unless they do a better job at certain peoples houses…… Their yelp reviews are more accurate than these paid reviews ^^

First time using a cleaning service and I must say its nice. MaidPro arrived on time and conducted a quick assesment of what was expected of our clean. They left my home very clean and paid attention to the details. Im now a repeat customer.

The MaidPro Cleaners were very professional, did a very good and thorough job. The entire house had not been cleaned throughout in months. In order to complete the cleaning, I requested extra time which the manager approved! I was grateful they were able to clean the entire house that day! Before leaving they asked if there was anything else I needed; very thoughtful of them to be sure I was satisfied.

MaidPro does a fantastic job. They also accept recommendations and requests for how you like things to be cleaned. The only complaint I have is the relatively high price, but I'm sure it only seems that way to me because I am not used to hiring a cleaning service.

I've been using MaidPro for many months now, only cleaning my Master Bathroom and Guest Bathroom. Kaitlyn does a terrific job and takes her time cleaning everything. Recently, she went above & beyond her job when I had a medical emergency. I fainted and hit my kitchen stone floor and was bleeding on the side of my face! She stayed with me, helped me up and to the sofa. Got me a bag of ice and then called my husband. She is a terrific person and very kind hearted!!! Ask for her!!
