For the second time, I’ve needed to lean on Watkins for a repair on my AC unit. Daniel Long was my technician this time. He called me and scheduled a visit sooner than expected. Top tier customer service while on site. Not only explained everything he was doing, but taught me enough about my system that I can address problem issues in the future before needing another call. We recently got a new HVAC system installed by Watkins. We are very happy with the service we received. Rob Newcomer helped us with sales process and the installers did a great job ensuring a we had everything working. We are happy with our purchase.

Great service overall from appointment scheduling to the expert technician, Tim, who came to install our ecobee thermostat and service our hvac.

Great company! They were the only ones who agreed to work with us on a Mr Cool unit that just needed some cleaning maintenance. The tech was very knowledgeable and gave us advice for future maintenance we could do ourselves! Well definitely be using them in the future if need be.

We recently had a need to replace our 12 year old system. Rob visited to review our need and develop a quote. He did not push any particular products or services, but rather listened to our needs and priorities, then provided options to consider. Rob even helped to revise his quote to offer an option with components more equivalent to a system another company had quoted. We ended up selecting the quote for the revised system, which was the most competitive price, for a name brand system, among all the quotes provided (4 companies total). I really appreciated the time that Rob took to answer my questions and work with us to quote the best system for our needs.

This was my first experience with Watkins but the Google reviews were overwhelmingly positive and I can see why. Our service tech (Chris) was really professional, explained things well, is knowledgable, efficient. They just got a repeat customer.

Techs are always very personable, communicate well, and keep a clean working environment.

My 22 year old Trane system stopped working. Even though it was just a blower motor failure I knew it was a matter of time before I would need a new system. I called Watkins and they scheduled David to come out and quote me a new system. He did a great job talking me through different options. I had done my research on equipment but David gave me insight about my home that really helped me decide the best path. He also made it very easy to get the purchase financed. Raphael, Jason and Matthew with Watkins came out to do our install as scheduled. They communicated exactly what they were going to do and they replaced my AC, Furnace and water heater in one day! I can't say enough about the quality of the install and the level of service the Watkins team provides. I went with a variable speed AC and furnace so it is quiet and we are extremely comfortable. Tim was my repair tech and he was very professional and personable. He did his thing checking out my furnace and explained his findings. He provided next steps and a timeline of when I could expect the repair to be performed.
After he left, I wished I had inquired about the cost of a new unit vs. a repair, just to know the difference.

My technician, Daniel, was very professional and courteous. His prior service call took longer than expected. When he was not able to make it to the appointment on time, I chose to wait rather than reschedule. The visit was near the end of the day, so we both wound up staying late while he tracked down a difficult problem with my HVAC system. He gave it his full attention and care, even though I am sure he wanted to make it home after a long day. First thing the next morning, the manager at Watkins reached out to apologize for the late visit and offered a way to make up for the inconvenience. I very much appreciate the attention to customer satisfaction as well as thoroughness. An uneventful visit may have resulted in a five star review with some generic comments, but it was the way this company handled the complicated visit that warrants five stars AND my sincere expression of appreciation for their level of customer care. Every business encounters obstacles from time to time, even mistakes that could have been avoided. The important thing is not whether the event occurred, but how they dealt with it. Watkins employs professional, courteous, competent people, and they treat their customers with care and respect. Thank you!

The technician, Jacob, was very thorough and informative. He also noticed that we had a tankless water heater and he mentioned that Watkins does service those. It was past due so it was great getting that flushed out. I definitely was pleased with today's service call.
