Excellent service & customer appriciation!
Great people equals great service!
Great company with exceptional service and wonderfully friendly people. I HIGHLY recommend Gallagher HVAC.
I had a great experience from beginning to end. The scheduler was friendly and compassionate and the technician was professional and displayed integrity. This was one of the best service experiences I have had!
What an amazing job they did for us! Our house is so much more comfortable, and actually feels and smells cleaner. Obvious experts, extremely professional, upfront, and kind. Would refer them highly to anyone in the tri-state area. Thank you so much!
I will not call them again. Our air-conditioner was not catching up with the temperature set in the thermostat. I called them just because of all the good reviews in google. The technician inspected and said capacitor needs to be replaced and it will cost 250$+69$ trip charge. I declined the repair, as it did not sound right to pay 319$ for a half hour job to replace a 15$ part. So far not so bad. The technician went back to put back the cover. He came back and said the fan started to work, without even replacing the capacitor. This shook the trust. In a blink of eye, saved 250$. The technician sounded more interested in getting signatures in ipad, rather than solving the problem.
