My name is Dana Harris. I want to share my experience with Plumb Tite. Nov 5, 2021 I woke up to an over flowing water heater. I googled any and every plumber in the tri-state. No one was available for a same day service call, let alone to install a 50 gallon short HWH to a 3rd floor condo.

Then I called Regan. She listened to every word I said. I relayed the existing size and measurements of what was needed, along with a picture of the layout. (Side note- the other guys that couldn't get to my service call for 2 wks told me I had to downsize to a 40 gallon. ) Regan found the size and confirmed the availability. She asked if she could call me back, she wanted to check the schedules and see what she could do.  She was able to work a miracle and scheduled a same day appointment . I cannot  thank her enough for her effort and willingness to help me.

I was immediately emailed Kenny's name and picture.  Just that fast, Kenny was calling, telling me he'll be at my house in 10 minutes. I can't express how happy I was to see this man at my door.

My condo is only 12 yrs old, corners were definitely cut during the plumbing process of the build. The water pan was too small. The original plumbers shoved the HWH into that pan, it was tight all the way around. It did not catch the water that was overflowing from the top. The water was running down the unit, over the lip of "said pan" and all over my floor. NIGHTMARE.

Regan and Kenny somehow were able to accommodate my desperate need of same day installation. He left my condo in Harrison Ohio and drove to Independence KY to get the new water heater. The drain on my existing water heater was corroded shut. He had to pump the water out and into 5 gallon buckets. He walked every bucket of water down my steps (again from the 3rd floor) to dump the drained water outside. I asked him a million times if I could help him? Every time he replied with a smile "no, it's my job." I dunno how he got the old unit out and down the stairs by himself? My job was difficult, time consuming and in my opinion a monumental pain. He had the patience of a saint.

Regan and Kenny went above and beyond. They were both so helpful, kind, knowledgeable. They did something for me that no one else could do. I CANNOT thank them enough.

I hope this email gets to the people that need to know how well Plumb Tite Plumbing is represented in Regan and Kenny. I know my email is long. Too often people take time to complain, I wanted to spend my time telling how great your service and your employees are.

Sean provided excellent service with satisfactory results replacing our toilet water supply line and rebuild of the fill valve and flapper.

John went over and above the call of duty. He is very knowledgeable and he explains the process thoroughly. Thank you so much for your attention to detail.

Eric with Plumb Tite was out to do a maintenance check on our AC unit as well as check and flush out our water heater. He called to let me know he was on the way. Arrived when he said he would. Got right to work. I appreciate that he explains everything he took care of and explains any potential issues that we need to keep an eye on. I also appreciate that he work covers for his shoes so our floors stay clean. I've been using Plumb Tite for years. Always been satisfied with their work, communication and pricing.

Darrin did a great job for me. He was extremely helpful. He was prompt and did the job quickly and efficiently. I have used Plumb Tite for several years and they have always made me happy with their services.

Austin put up with my questions and not understanding and my OCD with cleaning, lol. Great guy to have do your work! Recommend him.

Plumb Tite is a highly professional company. Their employee John was able to arrive several hours early for the appointment and had sent an email advising of his arrival. His demeanor at work was hallmarked with a quiet dignity, and professionalism. He advised me of his activities in clearing root/sewer problem step by step keeping me in the loop. He gave the causes of the issue, the solutions he had in mind and no pressure on which plan to utilize to best serve the needs of our family and the house itself. A truly no muss no fuss experience free of stress and kindly advice on future preventive measures that can be taken to preserve the property better. A professional in all respects. Will continue to keep them in my cell phone. Every employee from this company has been VERY well trained in customer relations and they have all seemed nice people in their own right.

Tim S was super! He spent a lot of time with us reviewing our needs and our options. He was very professional and easy to talk with. He answered our questions. He installed our tankless water heater and water softener in one day and removed the old equipment. He even came back the next morning to check on things. He went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Austin was great, he came in and got right to work installed our new sump pump and we are good to go. I am very happy with the level, professionalism, and the work done at the job site. I already have the quote for my next project. I highly recommend.

Honestly, finding this company was a breath of fresh air. We’ve had horrible experiences in the past with other plumbers. Not only was Will professional, he was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. He was able to fix our bathroom sink issue quickly and efficiently. He made us feel comfortable and confident so much so, we booked another service to install a backup sub pump. Not to mention their prices are very reasonable. We won’t go anywhere else. Definitely customers for life! Thank God we found this company and thank you Will for doing a phenomenal job!

Chad was excellent. He was prompt, polite, clean entry and exit, and most importantly he was honest. I think my favorite thing about hiring plumb tight is that Chad taught me things that were considered “homeowner skills“ and I really appreciated that. I will definitely be using them again. I am now a premium member of plumb tight.

Great service. John was professional, told me everything he was doing and why, provided information to help prevent in the future. Work completed quickly and he cleaned up the area.
