Every service call we’ve had with NixCo Plumbing has been extremely professional. Called on Tuesday, Mason W and Kris B were out on Wednesday to provide estimates for what we thought was a serious water pressure issue raised by our RO water company. They tested and explained why their finding wasn’t as serious as we were told. There are items we have to discuss with our HOA before making any repairs/adding a pressure valve but I am extremely confident that NixCo will do a great job. There were a few other items we wanted estimates for (two leaky faucets, bathroom remodel/shut off valves needed and corrosion on water main). Mason and Kris checked those items out, explained what the work involved would require, then gave estimates for those as well. Very appreciative of their time and professionalism.

I had the sump pump replaced. Jared arrived inside the expected timeframe and was quick to diagnose the issue and provide the recommended approach. Fix was completed before the time estimated. Great service overall

Good experience from initial contact through installation. Scheduling appointment was easy, and I appreciated the reminders for the appointment and the notice when the technicians were on the way. Nathan and Mason did an outstanding job with the installs; efficient, clean, great quality. I appreciated their expertise, answering questions thoroughly, and very personable.

Chris McClure did a thorough job making sure he addressed our main issues and was clear in his communication about what the options are moving forward. He also had a great cheerful disposition which makes a difference when you are having a bad day with plumbing issues. I highly recommend!

I was informed when Nathan was to arrive, that he was running late and he could still come that afternoon or in the morning, and that he had arrived. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. Even though it was late he answered my many questions. I did not feel that he was rushing to finish. He assessed the problem, explained the repair and gave me a price to fix it. He replaced a faulty valve and examined the leak from our dishwasher and made suggestions. I think prices could be lower but I feel confident in the work done. I am pleased with the Nixco service and will use them again.

We had an issue with our drain that was causing a leak when our washing machine was on. From the staff member that initially took my call to Shawn who came out and was so patient and kind and solved the problem ( and an extra one) , the entire process was actually pleasant. We have had many plumbers throughout the years and Nixco is definitely my favorite! They even called the day after to make sure I was happy with the work! Very class act operation and I will definitely be calling them again with if any other plumbing issues come up. Thank you Nixco!!

My sump pump stopped working just as we had heavy rains. I called 3 plumbers but none were available.
It was easy to schedule a visit with Nixco. Jared came in as scheduled and was very efficient in explaining the problem and providing alternative solutions. I’m glad that I chose Nixco to replace the sump pump.

We had an “emergency” situation on Sunday and the on-call technician (who had to travel many miles) was here within 2 hours. Not only was he very knowledgeable and professional, but he was also very friendly and willing to answer all my questions. He got the job done quickly and efficiently. We were extremely pleased with Audie Reed who evaluated the status of put existing Hot Water heater. He explained the options we had concerning either a repair or replacement of the unit. He then whet about his business doing a replacement. His work was of the highest quality. I will recommend him to all my friends.

Excellent service! I needed to replace my Rinnai tankless water heater asap. I called Nixco Plumbing for a service call. That day, they promptly dispatched service tech Nathan. He gave me an estimate for a new water heater and recommended(based on my water hardness) that I pair it with a water softener. He was able to schedule the install for the next day. Nathan and fellow tech Audie completed the install as scheduled within 5hrs. They where very professional and informative. Based on my experience, I plan to remain a customer. Great Job!

Chris McClure always goes above and beyond to fix whatever plumbing problem you have. Great at troubleshooting until he gets to the root cause. Chris is respectful of your property and cleans up everything when he's done. Very happy that I have him for a plumber.

I’ve used NixCo a couple times now for my business and have had a great experience each time. Would recommend! They are timely, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a problem one day and the next morning they were able to come out to assist me.

We recently purchased a home with a 25-year-old gas water heater. While it still produced hot water, it took a very long time to heat up and the water had a strong odor. NixCo responded quickly to assess the situation and recommended replacement. They provided several options and clearly explained the pros and cons of each so we could make an informed decision.

Just two days later, Kris and Alex installed our new tankless water heater. We now get hot water quickly and the odor is completely gone. They did an excellent job, were extremely professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend NixCo!

Let me first say thank you for returning my call for service whereas two other vendors must have been too busy to return multiple calls for service. Shawn was amazing at helping me review the age of our systems and offered solutions then took care of the work the same day. We had multiple items that must be replaced due to age, and they did a great job. Joining Shawn was Kyle and while he is new to business, he had a desire to learn vs waiting around for something to do. Shawn was an excellent coach as he teaches the plumbing trade to Kyle. So nice to have hired a company that responded and is working to fill the trade gap while doing excellent work. I will hire them for the next job that comes up. Thank you!!!

They never try to upsell and they ensure we get exactly what we pay for. Chris and John were on time, very professional, and very pleasant! They informed us about several tips for taking care of our plumbing and clearly explained our options to fix our existing leaking faucet. They efficiently completed the work to install a new faucet and we were very satisfied! Becky who set up our appointment on the phone was also very nice and helpful. Nixco is the absolute best! Their level of service is without peer in the industry. They'll let you know who is coming, a picture of the individual and some background on them. It personalizes the entire experience. Their plumbers are top notch, knowledgeable and friendly. Audie took care of us today and he and his apprentice on hand were wonderful! They kept us informed, did a thorough job and cleaned the entire area. They had to add a couple of additional steps to complete the job but didn't increase the cost unnecessarily. Our almost 10 year old water heater started leaking and NixCo was able to get the appointment same day only. It was really great experience from the first call. Mary was helpful in scheduling appointment and very much customer friendly. Our technician was Chris. One of the best. He explained everything and was super friendly and one of the best at what he does. He made sure that entire replacement and installation is done perfectly. I definitely recommend Nixco for all of your plumbing needs. I’ve used Nixco to install a water heater, modify the plumbing to my refrigerator water filtration system, and most recently they fixed a problem with water backing into my dishwasher. Todd and Paddy did a great job fixing the water backup issue I have been experiencing most recently. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it without overselling beyond what was necessary to correct the problem. This kept the price down.

In 2018, Todd also installed my water heater. He fitted it with a tub under the water heater and a pcv pipe to the basement drain. I’ve never had a problem with the water
