They were very quick to help me. The tech showed up within a couple hours of my call. He did a great job for a great price.

I called Reliable for the first time today. We had no heat and the house was down to 60 degrees. I spoke with Debbie in the office and within a few hours Ryan, a wonderful technician, was at our house fixing the problem. I would certainly use Reliable again and would refer them to anyone who needs their services. Thank you Debbie and Ryan!

I had a leaking hot water tank on 8/14/23. I called at 10:30 am and had 2 very courteous and professional gentleman at my home at 1:30. They replaced my tank and left my basement very clean and went over everything with me before they left. Great experience from my initial phone call to the final repair. Thank you!

We woke up in the middle of the night with no heat during a cold snap , we were desperate with two children and three pets. I first left a message with reliable. Then to another popular company. The other called back immediately and arrived within one hour. The initial quote seemed wrong and was told that my 12 year d would be near as much to fix as to buy a new one 🙉. While this was going on reliable called back and I explained quickly what the problem was and that they sold me this furnace back when we were in more desperate times at a very good price. Miss Shawn was understanding and got to work immediately to help. She called back before the deal was done with the other and though the cost wasn’t nearly as originally assumed from the first Co. it was still pricey. When all was said and done, we paid the service fee for the first co. And Reliables service fee, part, and work, for $200.00 less than the other quoted total! And Reliable arrived within an hour and a half with part in hand, took 15 minutes for Ryan( knowledgeable and super friendly guy) to install! Thanks to all at Reliable! I will not go to another again!!!

We had new windows put into our home and the window installers broke our A/C unit. ("The window company was paying the bill ") We contacted Reliable heating & cooling to come and check it out when the tech arrived he was able to fix the wires that were broken by the window company. The window company unfortunately didn't pay them ! ( I had my suspicions something bad would happen due to other issues with the window company) So I stayed in complete contact with Reliable heating & cooling until we were able to make it right. Thank you guys so much for all of the help and being so understanding! Amazing company I will definitely use them again in the future if any other issues were to happen

Called last night due to my heat being off and your repair person gave me some great information! Was frost bitten in the service and was in a lot of pain. If it wasn't for him it could have been a really long painful night! I'll definitely use them and refer them to others!

Had Reliable Heating and Cooling out today to fix my air conditioner. They were here in 15 minutes and were very professional. Thanks Hannah and Jacob for doing a great job and saving my air conditioner. I will always call them and thanks again!!

Hannah came out to service our furnace and air. She was fantastic , very detail oriented. Everything is working great now! We highly recommend her and Reliable!

Our AC stopped working and we had a salesman come out that day to give us a quote! We were able to get the new AC installed very quickly! Chuck did a great job installing our new AC! Would highly recommend!

We have had a plan with Reliable Heating & Cooling for years! Their prices are excellent, and they are honest. With the plan, which is very reasonably priced, when you have an emergency they send a tech out right away. We had a leak and AC was not working correctly. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and had our AC running much better than it had been. They are all very nice and very professional, both the phone personnel and the techs. We have a lot of respect for this company and trust their expertise and integrity. We will continue to call on Reliable Heating & Cooling for years to come!

Not only was my first call of the day to replace a motor,but the guy came back for a 2nd call to do a service cleaning bc my heater wasnt kicking on..very fast,very friendly ,very RELIABLE

I woke up this morning cold, shivering, and with the over arching understanding that something was not quite right. The temp in my house was 52°.

After a quick diagnostics, I realized my draft inducer in my furnace had failed. Unfortunately, I'm not an HVAC technician so acquiring the parts for a speedy repair would have been a huge hassle.

This company is ABSOLUTELY phenomenal!!! We received an extremely high quote for a new furnace and called Reliable to get a second quote. The technician, Brandon, came out to give us a quote on a replacement. Instead, he offered to take a quick look and see if he could repair our furnace for cheaper than the first company. He didn't have to do any of it, but ended up saving us nearly $5,000 of what a replacement would have been, had the furnace fixed within 20 minutes, and now we won't be living on ramen for the next six months! The person who came was polite and a hard worker, however there equipment was not up to quality standards and it left dirt all over my walls they do not have up to date equipment and I will never use them again.
