I called them to schedule a backflow test for our building. At first, they seemed very friendly and helpful. They were going to call me back with a time to come do the testing. They did not call me back until after I posted a review on Google several days later, because they had ghosted me. Now, they are saying they are busy for the next three weeks, and I will have to look elsewhere if I want to to get this done sooner. I wish they had been honest with me from the get-go.
