Plumbing reviews in Massillon, Ohio

Very professional, on time very polite people!!

They came out right away and fixed my drain issues. I appreciate that a lot.

Thank-you Sturm and son you unclog my drain now my water flows with ease and my toilet flushes perfectly ! And the plumber cleans up spotlessly before they leave☮️

We thank you A-1 Strum, very professional, you fixed our basement drain and we haven't had a problem since. My wife and I have told other people about how good of job you have done ,and if we need a plumber again you are the one we're going to call.

Made 2 appreciates still has yet to show up if I could give a zero star rating I would

Fast response, great service, more than reasonable price

I love this place, reasonable prices and great service. I highly recommend it.

Not good service.made an appointment and they never showed up to give me a estimate.very unprofessional company.

Good Quality,Value and they're Responsive and Punctual. We call them ANYTIME.

Have been using this company for many years. Anyone out there with drain problems you should give them a call

Like them a lot always get here fairly fast and fix my drain problems for great prices

These guys are great! Reasonably priced, on time and serviceable.

Very kind but unfortunately do not provide repair services only unclogging and cleaning of drains

Fast service. Extremely polite serviceman. Highly recommend

Called at 9:56am and was here and gone by 10:50am on the same day! Very efficient and professional!

Great service came next day and less then an hour my drain was cleared

Friendly, honest, efficient and reasonably priced. I'm a very happy customer.

After about 7 phonecalls requesting a recipt for services, several voicemails, speaking to a man and speaking to a woman who both said they would email me the receipt, i still do not have a receipt!

I was upset that the plumber was only here for 10 minutes and said he would do a couple of other jobs and come back. But when he came back he did a great job.

Fast service and good price. They could have taken advantage of my "crappy" situation but they didn't.

Great service. Excellent work, friendly and fast. Will definitely be my go to drain service!
