I called and they were able to immediately get me on the schedule. They were ON TIME and were very professional. They completed the job and cleaned up afterwards! Andrew has been wonderful to work with. Responsive, punctual, friendly, professional, and honest. It is a bonus that he charges a fair price. He installed our water heater today and did a great job. We were so pleased with his work that we asked him to come back next week to install a new sump pump and fix a drain pipe. Highly recommend this company.

Truly there are not enough stars to give Andrew. He is professional, Increably knowledgeable, upfront, honest, and has complete compassion for the customer. I have had some plumbing issues for a while I thought were going to become very ugly. I felt moved to ask him to pray with me before he worked , and without a thought he dropped to his knees. I recently purchased a home in Massilon. I noticed when showering or flushing the toilet I would have water in the basement around the floor drain. I called RMS and Andrew was able to get to me the same day. Scheduled at 4, he was able to show up early to snake the drains. Little did he know, the plumbing in this house was looking for a fight. He worked on the drains for over 2 hours to get them unclogged. Thank you Andrew for putting in the work and getting it done!
