At a time when it seems especially difficult to find honest, dependable, knowledgeable and diligent contractors to perform home repairs and improvement projects, I am very pleased to share that Andrew with RMS Plumbing & Drain met and exceeded every expectation I had. And I should note that I am not someone who is easy to please. Andrew has handled two plumbing projects for me and I have been extremely impressed with the quality of his work and craftsmanship, the recommendations and advice he has provided and the fact that he shows up on time and is a true professional in every respect, including the care he takes when he is inside my home. Andrew’s work is exceptional and his prices are reasonable. I feel very fortunate to have discovered a trustworthy and skilled plumber, and I will highly recommend him to friends, family and all others without reservation.

I am very pleased with the service from RMS plumbing. The technician has been out to my residence twice. He rebuilt two bathroom faucets and replaced two toilets. The work done was high quality. The prices for service are competitive. The technician is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company for any and all plumbing needs

Probably one the best experiences iv had with any type of contractor. Also a super positive dude. I just had a backed up sink bc I put an orange down the garbage disposal. Got it taken care of and great pricing. Small business that will take care of you!!!

He was quick to respond work with me great for an eta. Didn’t have any work done, just checked problem to confirm my suspicion. Nice guy. Paid 50 for about 1/2 hr not including drive time.

Had a water heater installed. I’m super happy with the company and installation. He was able to do it next day. Very prompt and polite.

Andrew did an amazing job. He was earlier then he originally said he would be and he got the job done quickly. He also gave some great advice for the problem we were having.

Andrew was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He provided a quote for the job and was able to return the next day to complete it. He replaced an outdoor faucet that was leaking with a new faucet and installed a shut off valve so we could turn it off in the winter. He explained the installation process and answered my questions as he did the work. I am very happy with the work done and plan to have him return to complete other projects.

Well, first of all, they’re always quick to respond to your emergencies. Andrew is one of the nicest people I have ever worked with. He’s genuine friendly knows what to do and get the job done. They’re almost always available for you and they could always usually come the same day or the very next day. I am very blessed to have found them on the Internet. I would definitely highly recommend them to anybody if you have a problem with air cooling or heating or drainage to give them a call. You won’t be sorry

Andrew was on time, respectful, clean and knowledgeable. He snaked our houses sewer main and made sure if I had any questions he answered them. I would recommend RMS to anyone who could use any of their services.

Had a backed up drain on a Saturday morning. When I placed the call to RMS it was promptly answered and Andrew said he could be to our house in 10 minutes. He was upfront with us that he does work Saturdays but there is a weekend rate that he charges. He came out, was courteous, even offered and went back to his truck for booties to put over his boots to keep our flooring clean and had the drain cleaned within 20 minutes. Would highly recommend!
