Seems like most of the people on here, I would advise not to do business with this company. Strong arm tactics. No responsibility for their work. After you sign, they treat you like trash.

Around 1:45 PM today, 01/05/2024 while driving I witnessed an employee in a company vehicle not use his turn signal AT LEAST FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES both while turning and also changing lanes. License plate number was JED 7067. Person drove like a moron.

The older man in shipping and receiving was very obnoxious calling drivers stupid. I know I won't go to the one at 3661 Briarfield Blvd Maumee Ohio again. Needs to do his job and keep his remarks to himself

I have scheduled 7 different times for smart meter replacement. This is ridiculous. The tech today which no other tech the past 7 times had an issue with my washing machine and requested it to be moved. He said he would come back after two other houses. It took my fiancé and I no more than 10 minutes to move our washing machine and the tech never returned. On to appointment number 8 and my washer is in the middle of my freaking kitchen. I’m tired of my time being wasted repeatedly. On top of that my “30 minute call ahead” was a call from a restricted number which I answered and was promptly hung up on with out so much as a hello? Horrible.

We booked this company after spotting mold around our living room air vent. They completed mold removal and followed it with thorough mold remediation services. Jeremy also completed dryer vent cleaning and air duct cleaning, which helped with airflow. While the cleaning work itself was decent, the appointment felt slightly rushed. Overall, it was an average experience.

I called on a Saturday. They said the installers don’t work on Saturday. They scheduled me for Sunday between 8 AM and noon
Never showed up never called and I’ll never get that time back in my life unreliable!!!

Installation and service are first rate. Don and JP really took their time and did a great job. They had to change the discharge area from where we originally thought it was going to go but we are so happy with the end result. Our home is very comfortable now and I'm excited to see how much propane we save this winter.
